- 마이크로폰;상기 마이크로폰을 온으로 제어하는 마이크로폰 온 명령을 원격제어장치로부터 수신하는 컨트롤러; 및상기 마이크로폰 온 명령을 수신한 시점부터 상기 마이크로폰으로 녹음한 오디오에 기초하여 검색된 음악 정보를 표시하는 디스플레이를 포함하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는컨텐트 추천 메뉴를 실행시키는 컨텐트 추천 명령을 수신한 시점부터 상기 마이크로폰으로 녹음한 오디오에 기초하여 검색된 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 디스플레이 장치 를 기동시키는 기동어를 수신하면, 상기 기동어를 수신한 시점부터 상기 마이크로폰으로 녹음한 오디오에 기초하여 검색된 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 마이크로폰 온 명령을 수신한 시점부터 복수회 녹음을 개시하여 복수개의 오디오 파일을 생성하고,상기 복수개의 오디오 파일 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 검색된 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 마이크로폰 온 명령을 수신한 시점부터 기설정된 간격으로 녹음을 개시하여 복수개의 오디오 파일을 생성하고,상기 복수개의 오디오 파일 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 검색된 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,디스플레이 장치.상기 복수개의 오디오 파일 각각의 무음 구간의 비율 및 SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) 레벨 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 선별된 오디오 파일에 기초하여 상기 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 복수개의 오디오 파일 중 상기 무음 구간의 비율이 기설정된 기준 비율 미만인 오디오 파일에 기초하여 상기 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 복수개의 오디오 파일 중 상기 SNR 레벨이 기설정된 기준 레벨 이상인 오디오 파일에 기초하여 상기 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 선별된 오디오 파일 각각의 상기 무음 구간의 비율 및 상기 SNR 레벨 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 음악 검색에 이용될 오디오 파일의 순서를 획득하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 선별된 오디오 파일 중 상기 무음 구간의 비율이 가장 작은 오디오 파일을 상기 음악 검색에 1순위로 이용되는 오디오 파일로 획득하고, 상기 무음 구간의 비율이 상기 제1 오디오 파일 다음으로 큰 오디오 파일을 상기 음악 검색에 2순위로 이용되는 오디오 파일로 획득하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 선별된 오디오 파일 중 상기 SNR 레벨이 가장 큰 오디오 파일을 상기 음악 검색에 1순위로 이용되는 오디오 파일로 획득하고, 상기 SNR 레벨이 상기 제1 오디오 파일 다음으로 작은 오디오 파일을 상기 음악 검색에 2순위로 이용되는 오디오 파일로 획득하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는외부 서버로부터 상기 디스플레이를 통해 표시 중인 컨텐트의 장르를 획득하고, 상기 컨텐트의 장르에 기초하여 상기 오디오에 포함된 음악 외의 신호를 제거할지 여부를 획득하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 컨텐트의 장르가 음악 관련 장르가 아닌 경우에는 상기 오디오에 포함된 상기 음악 신호 외의 신호를 제거한 오디오에 기초하여 검색된 음악 정보를 표시하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는원곡 검색 엔진 및 커버송 검색 엔진을 포함하는 복수의 음악 검색 엔진 중 적어도 하나에서 상기 마이크로폰으로 녹음한 오디오에 대응하는 음악 검색을 수행하는디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는상기 원곡 검색 엔진으로부터 음악 검색 결과를 획득하지 못한 경우, 상기 커버송 검색 엔진에서 음악 검색을 수행하는디스플레이 장치.
