Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る芝刈システム100は、芝刈機1と、再循環装置70とを備える。芝刈機1は、ロータリ式の芝刈機である場合を例に説明するが、これに限定されない。また、芝刈機1は、歩行型の自走式作業機であるが、これに限定されない。芝刈機1は、ロボット型の作業機であってもよい。
図6は、変形例1に係る芝刈システム100を示す側面図である。図6に示すように、地面Fに凹部CPが形成され、当該凹部CPに貯留部72が収容されてもよい。貯留部72の上壁72Aは、地面Fと面一であることが好ましい。この場合、貯留部72の第2側壁72Dは、下壁72Bに対して垂直な方向に沿って延びていてもよい。換言すると、貯留部72は、貯留部72の少なくとも一部が芝刈機1の車輪2が接する面よりも下方に埋設される。なお、地面Fは、床面を含む。
図7は、変形例2に係る芝刈機1を示す側面図である。図7に示すように、本変形例では、ダクト部材71xが芝刈機1に備えられている。ダクト部材71xは、バッグ60の流出口64から排出される刈草が通る流路部材である。ダクト部材71xの一端部71Aは、流出口64に接続される。ダクト部材71xの他端部71Bは、貯留部72に接続されない。ダクト部材71xの他端部71Bは、芝刈機1の外部に開放され、大気と連通する。本変形例では、ダクト部材71xを介して、刈草を地面等に散布することができる。なお、ダクト部材71xは、屈曲可能であることが好ましい。ダクト部材71xが屈曲可能であれば、刈草の散布方向を操作し易い。
図8は、変形例3に係る芝刈システム100を示す側面図である。芝刈システム100は、芝刈機1と、ダクト部材(流路部材)71と、貯留装置82とを備える。
本開示の芝刈機(1)は、芝草を刈る刈刃(50)と、前記刈刃が設けられる機体(10)と、前記刈刃によって刈られた前記芝草の破片である刈草を収容する収容部(60)とを備える芝刈機であって、前記機体は、前記刈草を前記機体から搬出する搬出通路(12)を有し、前記収容部は、前記搬出通路に接続されるとともに前記刈草が流入する流入口(61)と、前記流入口と別個に前記流入口から離れて設けられるとともに前記刈草が流出する流出口(64)とを有し、前記収容部は、前記機体の進行方向に対する前後方向において、前記刈刃よりも後方に配され、前記流入口は、前記収容部の前記前後方向の前方を向く前面(63D)、または、前記収容部の前記進行方向に対する上下方向の下方を向く下面(63B)に形成されている。
付記1に記載の芝刈機であって、前記流出口は、前記前面とは異なり、前記収容部の前記前後方向の後方を向く後面(62)、前記収容部の前記進行方向に対する左右方向の左方を向く左面(63C)、前記収容部の前記左右方向の右方を向く右面、前記収容部の前記上下方向の上方を向く上面(63A)、または、前記下面に設けられてもよい。
付記1または2に記載の芝刈機であって、前記流出口は、前記収容部と別体に設けられ、該流出口から排出される前記刈草が通る流路部材(71、71x)が着脱可能に装着されてもよい。
付記3に記載の芝刈機であって、前記流路部材は、前記流出口に着脱される一端部(71A)と、前記一端部とは反対側の他端部(71B)とを有し、前記他端部は、前記芝刈機の外部に設けられ前記刈草を貯留する貯留部(72、72x)と連通するよう接続されてもよい。
付記3に記載の芝刈機であって、前記流路部材は、前記流出口に着脱される一端部と、前記一端部とは反対側の他端部とを有し、前記他端部は、前記芝刈機の外部に開放されてもよい。
付記5に記載の芝刈機であって、前記流路部材は、前記他端部が前記上下方向の上方を指向するように設けられてもよい。
付記3~6のいずれか1つに記載の芝刈機であって、前記流路部材の流路の少なくとも一部を閉塞可能に設けられる閉塞部(65)を有してもよい。
本開示の芝刈システム(100)は、付記1~7のいずれか1つに記載の芝刈機と、前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を前記芝刈機の前記刈刃に再循環させる再循環装置(70)と、を備える。
付記8に記載の芝刈システムであって、前記再循環装置は、前記流出口から流出する前記刈草の流動を促進する促進部(76)を有してもよい。
付記8または9に記載の芝刈システムであって、前記再循環装置は、前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留部を有してもよい。
本開示の芝刈システムは、付記1~7のいずれか1つに記載の芝刈機と、前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留装置(72、82)と、を備える。
付記11に記載の芝刈システムであって、前記貯留装置は、前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留部を有してもよい。
付記10または12に記載の芝刈システムであって、前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の内部と前記貯留部の外部とを連通する連通口(75)を有し、前記連通口は、前記貯留部の近傍に置かれた前記芝刈機の前記刈刃の回転に伴う気流が及ぶ位置に配されてもよい。
付記13に記載の芝刈システムであって、前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の上方に前記芝刈機を載置可能に設けられてもよい。
付記14に記載の芝刈システムであって、前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の上方を向く面に前記芝刈機を載置可能に設けられてもよい。
付記13~15のいずれか1つに記載の芝刈システムであって、前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の少なくとも一部が地面(F)よりも下方に埋設されるように設けられてもよい。
付記14または15に記載の芝刈システムであって、前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の上方を向く面から上方に向かって延出する延出部(78)を有してもよい。
付記13~17のいずれか1つに記載の芝刈システムであって、前記貯留部は、前記連通口を通る前記刈草の流動は抑制し、前記連通口を通る空気の流動は許容する介装部材(79)を有してもよい。
本開示の貯留装置は、芝草を刈る刈刃と、前記刈刃が設けられる機体と、前記刈刃によって刈られた前記芝草の破片である刈草を収容する収容部とを有する芝刈機の、前記収容部の流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留部を備える。
付記19に記載の貯留装置であって、一端側が前記貯留部と連通するよう接続され、他端側が前記流出口に連通するよう接続される流路部材を有してもよい。
付記19または20に記載の貯留装置であって、前記貯留部内の前記刈草を、前記芝刈機の前記刈刃に再循環させる再循環部(75)を備えてもよい。
付記21に記載の貯留装置であって、前記再循環部は、前記貯留部の近傍に置かれた前記芝刈機の前記刈刃の回転に伴う気流が及ぶ位置に配されてもよい。
付記19~21のいずれか1つに記載の貯留装置であって、前記流出口から流出する前記刈草の流動を促進する促進部を備えてもよい。
Claims (23)
- 芝草を刈る刈刃(50)と、前記刈刃が設けられる機体(10)と、前記刈刃によって刈られた前記芝草の破片である刈草を収容する収容部(60)とを備える芝刈機(1)であって、
前記機体は、前記刈草を前記機体から搬出する搬出通路(12)を有し、
前記収容部は、前記搬出通路に接続されるとともに前記刈草が流入する流入口(61)と、前記流入口と別個に前記流入口から離れて設けられるとともに前記刈草が流出する流出口(64)とを有し、
前記収容部は、前記機体の進行方向に対する前後方向において、前記刈刃よりも後方に配され、
前記流入口は、前記収容部の前記前後方向の前方を向く前面(63D)、または、前記収容部の前記進行方向に対する上下方向の下方を向く下面(63B)に形成されている、芝刈機。 - 請求項1に記載の芝刈機であって、
前記流出口は、前記前面とは異なり、前記収容部の前記前後方向の後方を向く後面(62)、前記収容部の前記進行方向に対する左右方向の左方を向く左面(63C)、前記収容部の前記左右方向の右方を向く右面、前記収容部の前記上下方向の上方を向く上面(63A)、または、前記下面に設けられる、芝刈機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の芝刈機であって、
前記流出口は、前記収容部と別体に設けられ、該流出口から排出される前記刈草が通る流路部材(71、71x)が着脱可能に装着される、芝刈機。 - 請求項3に記載の芝刈機であって、
前記流路部材は、前記流出口に着脱される一端部(71A)と、前記一端部とは反対側の他端部(71B)とを有し、
前記他端部は、前記芝刈機の外部に設けられ前記刈草を貯留する貯留部(72、72x)と連通するよう接続される、芝刈機。 - 請求項3に記載の芝刈機であって、
前記流路部材は、前記流出口に着脱される一端部と、前記一端部とは反対側の他端部とを有し、
前記他端部は、前記芝刈機の外部に開放される、芝刈機。 - 請求項5に記載の芝刈機であって、
前記流路部材は、前記他端部が前記上下方向の上方を指向するように設けられる、芝刈機。 - 請求項3~6のいずれか1項に記載の芝刈機であって、
前記流路部材の流路の少なくとも一部を閉塞可能に設けられる閉塞部を有する、芝刈機。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の芝刈機と、
前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を前記芝刈機の前記刈刃に再循環させる再循環装置(70)と、
を備える、芝刈システム(100)。 - 請求項8に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記再循環装置は、前記流出口から流出する前記刈草の流動を促進する促進部(76)を有する、芝刈システム。 - 請求項8または9に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記再循環装置は、前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留部を有する、芝刈システム。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の芝刈機と、
前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留装置(72、82)と、
を備える、芝刈システム。 - 請求項11に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記貯留装置は、前記収容部の前記流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留部を有する、芝刈システム。 - 請求項10または12に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の内部と前記貯留部の外部とを連通する連通口(75)を有し、
前記連通口は、前記貯留部の近傍に置かれた前記芝刈機の前記刈刃の回転に伴う気流が及ぶ位置に配される、芝刈システム。 - 請求項13に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の上方に前記芝刈機を載置可能に設けられる、芝刈システム。 - 請求項14に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の上方を向く面に前記芝刈機を載置可能に設けられる、芝刈システム。 - 請求項13~15のいずれか1項に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の少なくとも一部が地面(F)よりも下方に埋設されるように設けられる、芝刈システム。 - 請求項14または15に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記貯留部は、前記貯留部の上方を向く面から上方に向かって延出する延出部(78)を有する、芝刈システム。 - 請求項13~17のいずれか1項に記載の芝刈システムであって、
前記貯留部は、前記連通口を通る前記刈草の流動は抑制し、前記連通口を通る空気の流動は許容する介装部材(79)を有する、芝刈システム。 - 芝草を刈る刈刃と、前記刈刃が設けられる機体と、前記刈刃によって刈られた前記芝草の破片である刈草を収容する収容部とを有する芝刈機の、前記収容部の流出口から流出する前記刈草を貯留する貯留部を備える、貯留装置。
- 請求項19に記載の貯留装置であって、
一端側が前記貯留部と連通するよう接続され、他端側が前記流出口に連通するよう接続される流路部材を有する、貯留装置。 - 請求項19または20に記載の貯留装置であって、
前記貯留部内の前記刈草を、前記芝刈機の前記刈刃に再循環させる再循環部(75)を備える、貯留装置。 - 請求項21に記載の貯留装置であって、
前記再循環部は、前記貯留部の近傍に置かれた前記芝刈機の前記刈刃の回転に伴う気流が及ぶ位置に配される、貯留装置。 - 請求項19~21のいずれか1項に記載の貯留装置であって、
前記流出口から流出する前記刈草の流動を促進する促進部を備える、貯留装置。
