- the present invention relates to a mounting assembly, in particular a solar panel mounting assembly, comprising a profiled longitudinal mounting element having at least one longitudinal mounting groove, a mounting bolt provided with torque applying means, a cylindrical element defining a first axis and provided with a threaded bore for the mounting bolt, passing through this threaded bore along a second axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis, and a clamping member disposed rotationally around the cylindrical element.
- Mounting assemblies of this kind are frequently employed to secure solar panels to longitudinal mounting elements fixed to a roof. It is thus desirable to ensure an arbitrary position of a solar panel on a mounting element.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble de montage (1), en particulier un ensemble de montage de panneau solaire, comprenant un élément de montage longitudinal profilé (2) ayant au moins une rainure de montage longitudinale (22), un boulon de montage (3) pourvu de moyens d'application de couple (32), un élément cylindrique (4) définissant un premier axe (A) et pourvu d'un alésage fileté (41) pour le boulon de montage (3), traversant cet alésage fileté (41) le long d'un second axe (B) sensiblement perpendiculaire au premier axe (A), et un élément de serrage (5) disposé rotatif autour de l'élément cylindrique (4). Afin de permettre une fixation et une séparation faciles et rapides de composants de montage supplémentaires aux éléments de montage longitudinaux (2), l'élément de serrage (5) est pourvu d'une saillie de blocage (52) sur un côté du premier axe (A) et d'une rainure de boulon (54, 55) sur l'autre côté du premier axe (A), ladite rainure de boulon (54, 55) étant délimitée par deux secondes surfaces de rainure de boulon (55) croisant le premier axe (A), sur les deux côtés de l'alésage fileté (41) et reliées à une première surface de rainure de boulon (54) s'étendant le long du premier axe (A) ; et la rainure de montage (22) est pourvue d'un évidement de blocage (24) sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan défini par le premier axe (A) et le second axe (B) de sorte à englober ladite saillie de blocage (52) dans l'état en prise de l'ensemble de montage (1).
