Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient de fermentation pour installations de biogaz (1) qui comporte un espace intérieur de récipient (3), qui est formé par une paroi de fond (4), une paroi latérale périphérique (5) et un toit en feuille (6) qui est relié de manière étanche aux gaz à la paroi latérale (5) et dans lequel est logé un substrat pouvant être fermenté. En outre, il est prévu un dispositif de service (2) qui présente une plate-forme de service en tant que plaque de plate-forme praticable (8), qui est reliée de manière étanche aux gaz à la paroi latérale (5) et qui présente une zone de raccordement de toit (9) pour un toit en feuille (6). Le toit en feuille (6) est conçu sous forme de toit gonflable comportant une feuille formant couverture de toit (20) et une feuille formant accumulateur de gaz (24). La plaque de plate-forme (8) présente une ouverture de service (10) qui peut être fermée de manière étanche aux gaz au moyen d'un dispositif de recouvrement (11) et par laquelle un appareil de plongée (17) réglable en hauteur peut être sorti de l'espace intérieur de récipient (3) et pouvoir y être réintroduit pour y être déplacé. Selon l'invention, une sortie de gaz (31; 37) reliée à un dispositif d'extraction de gaz est disposée au-dessus du plan de la plaque de plate-forme (8) et/ou au-dessus du plan d'un bord supérieur de récipient défini par l'arête supérieure de paroi latérale. En outre, en variante ou en complément, il est prévu que la plaque de plate-forme (8) présente un cadre (19) côté bord qui fait saillie vers le bas dans l'espace intérieur (3) du récipient et/ou plonge dans le substrat pendant le fonctionnement de l'installation de biogaz, ledit cadre s'étendant en périphérie au moins au niveau de la zone de la plaque de plate-forme (8) qui fait saillie dans l'espace intérieur (3) du récipient.
