La sortie de boisson (10) comprend : une cavité de collecte (10a) délimitée par un fond (10b) et (a) une ou plusieurs parois latérales (10c) qui sont conçues pour recueillir la boisson (100) provenant l'unité de traitement de boisson (5); une ouverture ou un bord de distribution inférieur (14) configuré pour distribuer une boisson (100) de la sortie (10) vers une zone (2) où se trouve un récipient d'utilisateur (9) pour recueillir ladite boisson distribuée (100); et un canal de transfert de boisson (10a') qui relie par voie fluidique la cavité de collecte (10a) à l'ouverture ou au bord de distribution inférieur (14), et qui est configuré pour guider la boisson (100) entre la cavité de collecte (10a) et l'ouverture ou le bord de distribution inférieur (14).
