  • text corresponding to each work step of the work manual can be output as audio and read aloud.

  • FIG. 5 shows another example of processing executed in the device 200.
  • Each step shown in FIG. 5 is an example of details of step S403 in FIG. 4.
  • Each step shown in FIG. 5 is executed, for example, by the processor unit 220 of the device 200.

  • n is an integer of 2 or more.
  • the n pieces of divided content corresponding to the n work steps may be, for example, content created with a product "Teachme Biz" by Studist Co., Ltd., but the present invention is not limited to this.
  • Each step shown in FIG. 5 will be described below.
  • Step S501 The value of k is set to 1.
  • Step S502 It is determined whether or not a time limit corresponding to the kth work step has been set. This process is performed by referring to information related to the work manual (particularly, information indicating whether or not there is a time limit). If the determination result is "Yes”, the process proceeds to step S503, and if the determination result is "No”, the process proceeds to step S506, and playback of the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step is not paused.
  • Step S503 The kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step is played.
  • Step S504 After the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step has been played back, the playback of the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step is paused for the time limit corresponding to the kth work step.
  • the playback of the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step is completed, the playback of the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step is paused in the state at the time of playback completion, and the playback of the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step continues to be paused for the time limit. This allows the trainee to practice the content of the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step for the time limit.
  • the processor unit 220 of the device 200 may display the remaining time of the time limit (i.e., the remaining time for pausing the contents of the work manual) on the display unit 240 during the time limit corresponding to the kth work step. This process may correspond to the screen 160 in FIG. 1G.
  • Step S505 It is determined whether the time limit corresponding to the kth work step has elapsed. If the determination result is "Yes”, the playback of the kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step is stopped and the process proceeds to step S507; if the determination result is "No", the process returns to step S505.
  • Step S506 The kth segmented content corresponding to the kth work step is played.
  • Step S507 It is determined whether k is equal to n. If the result of the determination is "Yes”, the process ends (normal end); if the result of the determination is "No”, in step S508, the value of k is incremented by one, and then the process returns to step S502.

  • the processor unit 220 of the device 200 may be configured to present the trainee with a warning indicating that the time limit corresponding to the kth work step has elapsed. This allows the trainee to easily understand whether or not the work of the kth work step was completed within the time limit.
  • each step shown in Figs. 4 and 5 is realized by the processor executing a program stored in the memory, but the present invention is not limited to this. At least some of the processing of each step shown in Figs. 4 and 5 may be realized by a hardware configuration such as a control circuit.
  • the present invention is useful for providing a program and device, etc., for supporting human resource development, and is particularly useful for providing a program and device, etc., that can promote the "understanding” of the contents of a manual and can also support the "practice” of the contents of the manual.
