La présente invention concerne une machine à café intelligente entièrement automatique et un procédé de travail, qui est généralement développé pour fournir à des clients des options personnalisables au sein de distributeurs automatiques de café intelligents, et caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : l'utilisateur sélectionne le café avec une teneur prête (18) définie dans le système par l'intermédiaire d'un distributeur automatique (1) ou sélectionne les rapports de teneur (18) qu'il souhaite et définit une boisson chaude (5) qu'il a préparée lui-même ou une boisson froide (8) préparée par lui-même par le biais du système ; des données graphiques (19) et/ou textuelles (20) que des utilisateurs souhaitent graver sur la surface de leurs tasses de café (12) sont saisies ; ces données saisies sont traitées par un système informatique en nuage (13) ; les données graphiques (19) et/ou textuelles (20) sur une surface de la tasse appropriée (12) sont traitées par le laser intégré dans le distributeur automatique ; la boisson demandée par l'utilisateur est ajoutée à la tasse traitée (12) et donnée à l'utilisateur depuis la porte de livraison du distributeur automatique, ou si l'utilisateur le demande, le produit traité est envoyé - à un compte d'application d'utilisateur différent par l'intermédiaire d'un module de cadeau (11), - d'une manière définie par l'utilisateur, au système, à la suite de l'approbation de l'administrateur, telle que l'état de fonctionnement du distributeur automatique, le niveau de stock des matériaux, la température du lait, la température de l'eau chaude, etc., - et/ou aux actionnaires (15).
