Abstract

Systems and methods to direct cellular therapies in vivo are provided. Systems and methods described herein include cells genetically modified to achieve at least two of: expression of a recombinant receptor, modulated expression of a trafficking signal, or modulated expression of a retention signal. The genetic constructs can be used to facilitate localized action of cellular therapies.
