Abstract

Sont divulguées des asparaginases recombinantes avec des séquences de variants ancestraux destinées à des utilisations en tant qu'agents thérapeutiques. Dans certains modes de réalisation, il est envisagé que les variants d'asparaginases ancestraux présentent une immunogénicité réduite, ce qui permet de prévenir ou de réduire le risque d'inactivation et/ou d'anaphylaxie de l'hôte. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la présente divulgation concerne le traitement de maladies associées à la dépendance à l'asparagine comprenant l'administration d'une quantité efficace d'une asparaginase ou d'un conjugué variant ancestral divulgué ici à un sujet en ayant besoin.
