一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,包括轴承主体(1)以及供轴承主体安装的装配座体,装配座体由供轴承主体安装的装配环(2)以及与装配环相固连且便于装配环边角装配的装配单元组成,装配环的两端面上设置有与其相连接且用于限位轴承主体位置的限位环(3),两个限位环上均设置有加强密封性的密封单元。以上轴承组件具有便于轴承主体角落处的装配且密封性好的的优点。

Description

一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件 技术领域
 本实用新型属于轴承技术领域,涉及一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件。
背景技术
 深沟球轴承原名单列向心球轴承,是应用最广泛的一种滚动轴承。其特点是摩擦阻力小,转速高,能用于承受径向负荷或径 向和轴向同时作用的联合负荷的机件上,也可用于承受轴向负荷的机件上, 例如小功率电动机、汽车及拖拉机变速箱、机床齿轮箱,一般机器、工具等。其中轴承座是轴承的配套组件,用于限制轴承的位置,同时便于轴承与其他结构的装配,但在实际应用过程中,受其他因数影响,可能需要将轴承设置在边角或角落,导致常规的轴承座无法满足装配需求,或者装配麻烦,同时由于边角和角落处杂质清理不便,相比其他装配位置杂质更容易堆积,可能导致杂质进入轴承座内,从而加剧磨损,影响轴承组件的使用寿命。
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种便于角落装配且密封性好的深沟球轴承组件。
 本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,包括轴承主体以及供轴承主体安装的装配座体,其特征在于,所述的装配座体由供上述轴承主体安装的装配环以及与装配环相固连且便于装配环边角装配的装配单元,所述的装配环的两端面上设置有与其相连接且用于限位轴承主体位置的限位环,两个所述限位环上均设置有加强密封性的密封单元。
 在上述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件中,所述的装配单元由与装配环一体成型的横板以及也与装配环一体成型的竖板组成,且横板的中轴线与竖板的中轴线相垂直,所述的横板和竖板上均设置有便于横板竖板装配的装配孔,所述的横板和竖板位于相对应外端面上设置于两条对称设置的凸边。
 在上述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件中,所述的限位环均通过螺柱与装配环相连接,所述的限位环与装配环相贴合的端面上均设置有轴向向外凸起,且滑动嵌入装配环内,并与轴承主体相抵触的环形抵触部。
 在上述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件中,所述的密封单元由密封环和抵触环组成,上述限位环上开设有供相对应密封环嵌入安装的安装槽,所述的密封环位于外端的内壁上设置有径向向内凸起且用于加强密封性的密封唇,该密封唇呈倾斜设置,所述的密封环环位于内端的内壁上设置有径向向内凸起且也用于加强密封性的凸起部,该凸起部的两边缘处均设置有外倒角,所述的抵触环的两端分别与轴承主体和密封环相抵触,所述的密封环上开设有供抵触环一端伸入安装的装配槽。
 在上述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件中,所述的抵触环与轴承主体之间设置有若干个沿抵触环圆周方向间隔设置的滚珠,该抵触环位于与轴承主体相抵触的端面上开设有若干个数量与滚珠数量相同且供相对应滚珠安装的抵触孔,通过该滚珠使抵触环与轴承主体之间留有间隙。
 与现有技术相比,本防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件具有以下优点:
1、装配座体由供上述轴承主体安装的装配环以及与装配环相固连且便于装配环边角装配的装配单元,装配环的两端面上设置有与其相连接且用于限位轴承主体位置的限位环,两个所述限位环上均设置有加强密封性的密封单元,上述结构的设置,便于轴承主体能在角落或边角的限位装配,同时也能保证运行时的密封性。

实施方式
 以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
 如图1、图2所示,本防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,包括轴承主体1以及供轴承主体1安装的装配座体,该轴承主体1由内圈、外圈、保持架、密封圈和若干个刚珠组成,装配座体由供上述轴承主体1安装的装配环2以及与装配环2相固连且便于装配环2边角或角落装配的装配单元,装配环2的两端面上设置有与其相连接且用于限位轴承主体1位置的限位环3,两个所述限位环3上均设置有加强密封性的密封单元,装配单元由与装配环2一体成型的横板4以及也与装配环2一体成型的竖板5组成,且横板4的中轴线与竖板5的中轴线相垂直,横板4和竖板5上均设置有便于横板4竖板5装配的装配孔6,横板4和竖板5的外端均伸出装配环2外,上述装配孔6设置于相对应横板4和竖板5的外端部上,所述的横板4和竖板5位于相对应外端面上设置于两条对称设置的凸边7,两个所述凸边7均位于相对应装配孔6的两侧外,凸边7的中部均开设有缺口槽,通过该缺口槽使凸边7形成两条对称设置的半边,密封单元由密封环9和抵触环10组成,且密封环9由弹性材料制成,上述限位环3上开设有供相对应密封环9嵌入安装的安装槽,密封环9位于外端的内壁上设置有径向向内凸起且用于加强密封性的密封唇11,该密封唇11呈倾斜设置,密封环9环位于内端的内壁上设置有径向向内凸起且也用于加强密封性的凸起部12,该凸起部12的两边缘处均设置有外倒角,抵触环10的两端分别与轴承主体1和密封环9相抵触,密封环9上开设有供抵触环10一端伸入安装的装配槽13,该抵触环10的竖截面呈两个对称的L型结构设置,密封环9位于装配槽13处的内壁上设置有径向向外凸起的卡凸部。
 进一步细说,为了更好的限制轴承主体1的位置,同时便于装卸,限位环3均通过螺柱与装配环2相连接,限位环3与装配环2相贴合的端面上均设置有轴向向外凸起,且滑动嵌入装配环2中环孔内,并与轴承主体1相抵触的环形抵触部8。
 进一步细说,为了便于轴承主体1的旋转运动,同时减少杂质进入轴承主体1的密封圈处,抵触环10与轴承主体1之间设置有若干个沿抵触环10圆周方向间隔设置的滚珠14,该抵触环10位于与轴承主体1相抵触的端面上开设有若干个数量与滚珠14数量相同且供相对应滚珠14安装的抵触孔,通过该滚珠14使抵触环10与轴承主体1之间留有间隙。

 尽管本文较多地使用了轴承主体1、装配环2、限位环3、横板4、竖板5、装配孔6、凸边7、环形抵触部8、密封环9、抵触环10、密封唇11、凸起部12、装配槽13、滚珠14等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本实用新型的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本实用新型精神相违背的。 

Claims (5)

  1.  一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,包括轴承主体(1)以及供轴承主体(1)安装的装配座体,其特征在于,所述的装配座体由供上述轴承主体(1)安装的装配环(2)以及与装配环(2)相固连且便于装配环(2)边角装配的装配单元,所述的装配环(2)的两端面上设置有与其相连接且用于限位轴承主体(1)位置的限位环(3),两个所述限位环(3)上均设置有加强密封性的密封单元。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,其特征在于,所述的装配单元由与装配环(2)一体成型的横板(4)以及也与装配环(2)一体成型的竖板(5)组成,且横板(4)的中轴线与竖板(5)的中轴线相垂直,所述的横板(4)和竖板(5)上均设置有便于横板(4)竖板(5)装配的装配孔(6),所述的横板(4)和竖板(5)位于相对应外端面上设置于两条对称设置的凸边(7)。
  3.  根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,其特征在于,所述的限位环(3)均通过螺柱与装配环(2)相连接,所述的限位环(3)与装配环(2)相贴合的端面上均设置有轴向向外凸起,且滑动嵌入装配环(2)内,并与轴承主体(1)相抵触的环形抵触部(8)。
  4.  根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,其特征在于,所述的密封单元由密封环(9)和抵触环(10)组成,上述限位环(3)上开设有供相对应密封环(9)嵌入安装的安装槽,所述的密封环(9)位于外端的内壁上设置有径向向内凸起且用于加强密封性的密封唇(11),该密封唇(11)呈倾斜设置,所述的密封环(9)环位于内端的内壁上设置有径向向内凸起且也用于加强密封性的凸起部(12),该凸起部(12)的两边缘处均设置有外倒角,所述的抵触环(10)的两端分别与轴承主体(1)和密封环(9)相抵触,所述的密封环(9)上开设有供抵触环(10)一端伸入安装的装配槽(13)。
  5.  根据权利要求4所述的一种防尘效果好的深沟球轴承组件,其特征在于,所述的抵触环(10)与轴承主体(1)之间设置有若干个沿抵触环(10)圆周方向间隔设置的滚珠(14),该抵触环(10)位于与轴承主体(1)相抵触的端面上开设有若干个数量与滚珠(14)数量相同且供相对应滚珠(14)安装的抵触孔,通过该滚珠(14)使抵触环(10)与轴承主体(1)之间留有间隙。
