Abstract
一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构及冰刀鞋,包括有一体成型的刀托(1)和鞋底(2),在刀托(1)底部设有能插入冰刀刀体(3)的刀槽(11),在鞋底(2)上设有能对脚掌和/或脚跟进行缓冲的弹性件(4)。通过用碳纤维材料一体成型的刀托(1)和鞋底(2)、并在鞋底(2)上增加上翘的弹性件(4),能使运动员在滑行中和跳跃旋转等剧烈动作中,让鞋底(1)与刀托(2)之间的连接更加牢固,并且具有一定的弹性缓冲能力的效果。配合同样是碳纤维制成的弹性件(4),在运动员蹬冰的瞬间,能提供更大的爆发力,在起跳落地瞬间也会得到更好的缓冲。
Description
本发明涉及冰刀鞋配件领域,尤其涉及一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构及冰刀鞋。
目前,世界范围内使用的冰刀主要分为一体式和分体式两种结构。一体式的冰刀重量大,无法满足花样冰刀的技术要求,已经失去市场竞争力。分体式的冰刀其刀托常采用弧焊、钎焊、紧固件或异型材连接的方式,但存在安全隐患和制造成本高的问题。目前,欧盟标准和中国国家标准对于全金属结构的水刀提出了严格的安全技术要求,但只有少数工艺能够达到要求,生产成本高,产量少。其中分体式冰刀采用的弧焊、钎焊或异型材连接方式制成刀托,再通过螺丝等紧固件将刀托安装在鞋底,这种传统制造方式存在不同程度的问题,尤其在焊接时两种不同性质的钢材焊接性能不佳,不能达到需求的刚性程度。最重要的是由于运动员在滑行中和跳跃旋转等剧烈动作中的震动,通过螺丝等紧固件将刀托与鞋底连接的方式、容易导致构件强度下降且易发生螺丝松脱或配合件变形松动,并在经过一段时间的使用后,螺丝和连接部位的材料也容易出现疲劳,导致连接处的强度降低,从而导致刀托松脱或者刀刃脱落,严重影响运动员的安全。
中国专利公开号:CN105214297B,公开了一种复合式冰刀鞋支架。该复合式冰刀鞋支架,包括支架本体,所述的支架本体包括鞋架和刀架,鞋架包括脚尖支撑座、脚跟支撑座以及用于连接脚尖支撑座和脚跟支撑座的连接条,鞋架为碳纤维,刀架为塑料,刀架与鞋架浇筑连接固定,连接条断面呈“凹”字形,鞋架内底面为容置槽,容置槽的槽底间隔设置有若干个连接孔,容置槽内填充有压板,压板与刀架一体成型。该发明专利通过碳纤维制成的鞋架与塑料制成的刀架浇筑连接成型,虽然能解决全金属结构的水刀采用弧焊、钎焊等复杂工艺制造刀托的问题,但其使用的塑料和碳纤维的热膨胀系数不同,当两种材料温度变化时,它们的膨胀系数也不同,物理性能会发生变化,容易导致连接处发生变形或者应力集中,从而导致连接处分离或者断裂,尤其是剧烈运动后,组成刀托的鞋架和刀架之间容易裂开分离的风险大大增加。
另外,由于冰刀所涉及的运动中,在运动员蹬冰的瞬间,需要极大的爆发力,而起跳落地瞬间也会产生很大震动力,为了符合人体运动生物力学特征,该发明专利声称其所记载的技术方案能达到冰刀鞋滑出瞬间增大鞋架的缓冲和蓄能、提高冰刀鞋速滑性能的效果,实则这样的效果均来自鞋架受力后所产生的弹性变形。这样的变形也使得鞋架和刀架之间,容易在运动过程中产生剪切力或者扭矩力,从而导致连接处分离或者断裂。此外,由本身鞋架所能产生的形变而提供的反冲力和缓冲能力,实际是十分微弱的,无法真正意义上实现蹬冰的瞬间,反冲力对运动员的爆发力提供的加持,因此,提高冰刀鞋速滑性能并不乐观,同时对于减震也效果平平。
因此,需要研发一种新的刀托结构以及冰刀鞋,以解决现存的问题。
本发明的目的是为了提供一种在增大刀托的弹性和韧性、保证刀托整体支撑力度以及与鞋身之间的牢固度的同时,真正能对来自脚部施加的压力进行缓冲和蓄能的冰刀鞋的鞋底与刀托一体化结构及冰刀鞋。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,包括有一体成型的刀托和鞋底,在所述刀托底部设有能插入冰刀刀体的刀槽,在所述鞋底上设有能对脚掌和/或脚跟进行缓冲的弹性件。
作为本发明进一步地方案,所述弹性件和一体成型的所述刀托和所述鞋底由碳纤维材料制成,碳纤维材料制成刀托和鞋底更轻,同时弹性件由碳纤维材料制成也能更加轻薄。
作为本发明优选地方案,所述弹性件包括有从鞋底的顶面斜向上延伸至所述鞋底后跟位置所在顶面上方的后部弹性片,所述后部弹性片的底面与鞋底后跟位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角,才能让后部弹性片受力后产生上下浮动。

作为本发明优选地方案,从所述后部弹性片一端向下或向上折弯设有后部支撑片,所述后部支撑片与所述后部弹性片之间的夹角呈锐角。
作为本发明优选地方案,从所述前部弹性片一端向下或向上折弯设有前部支撑片,所述前部支撑片与所述前部弹性片之间的夹角呈锐角。

本发明还提供一种冰刀鞋,包括有有如上所述的鞋底与刀托一体化结构,在所述鞋底上连接有鞋身。
作为本发明优选地方案,在所述鞋身下方的鞋跟位置和鞋底位置分别设有向下延伸的插柱以及分别设置在插柱周围的多个螺孔,在所述鞋底上分别贯穿有对应所述插柱的定位孔和对应所述螺孔的通孔,所述插柱插在对应的所述定位孔内,在所述通孔内穿设有螺丝与对应的所述螺孔相连接。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:本发明通过利用碳纤维材料一体成型的刀托和鞋底、并在鞋底上增加上翘的弹性件的方案,能达到有效的解决传统冰刀的刀托与鞋底因接触面积小,由于运动员在滑行中和跳跃旋转等剧烈动作中的震动,通过螺丝等紧固件将刀托与鞋底连接的方式、容易导致构件强度下降且易发生螺丝松脱或配合件变形松动,并在经过一段时间的使用后,螺丝和连接部位的材料也容易出现疲劳,导致连接处的强度降低,从而导致刀托松脱或者刀刃脱落,严重影响运动员安全的问题,碳纤维材料的高硬度和高弹力特性能让一体成型的鞋底与刀托更加牢固,并且具有一定的弹性缓冲能力,配合同样是碳纤维制成的弹性件,在在运动员蹬冰的瞬间,能提供更大的爆发力,而起跳落地瞬间也会将震动力缓冲掉,更符合人体运动生物力学特征的效果。

下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:如图1至图10所示的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,包括有一体成型的刀托1和鞋底2,在所述刀托1底部设有能插入冰刀刀体3的刀槽11,刀托1在与鞋底2连接位置的脚心位置以及脚掌位置均为镂空状,这样能为鞋底2提供一定的弹性。在所述鞋底2上设有能对脚掌和/或脚跟进行缓冲的弹性件4,所述弹性件4和一体成型的所述刀托1和所述鞋底2由碳纤维材料制成,能有效的解决传统冰刀的刀托与鞋底因接触面积小,由于运动员在滑行中和跳跃旋转等剧烈动作中的震动,通过螺丝等紧固件将刀托与鞋底连接的方式、容易导致构件强度下降且易发生螺丝松脱或配合件变形松动,并在经过一段时间的使用后,螺丝和连接部位的材料也容易出现疲劳,导致连接处的强度降低,从而导致刀托松脱或者刀刃脱落,严重影响运动员安全的问题,碳纤维材料的高硬度和高弹力特性能让一体成型的鞋底2与刀托1更加牢固,并且具有一定的缓冲能力,配合弹性件4,在在运动员蹬冰的瞬间,能提供更大的爆发力,而起跳落地瞬间也会将震动力缓冲掉,更符合人体运动生物力学特征。
其中,如图2至图3所示为本发明中鞋底与刀托一体化结构的第一实施例,对于花样滑冰运动员来说,旋转以及跳跃、包括落地后,其足部受力的点会在脚掌和脚跟两处位置均有涉及,因此,用于花样滑冰来时,弹性件4可以由鞋底2的顶面中央斜向上延伸至所述鞋底2后跟位置所在顶面上方的后部弹性片41和从鞋底2的顶面中央斜向上延伸至鞋底2脚掌位置所在顶面上方的前部弹性片42组成,所述后部弹性片41的底面与鞋底2后跟位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角,所述前部弹性片42的底面与鞋底2脚掌位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角,此处所述弹性件4和所述鞋底2是由碳纤维材料一体成型。在足部对所述后部弹性片41或所述前部弹性片42施以压力后能让后部弹性片41或前部弹性片42进行下沉,再利用碳纤维材料本身的高弹性,重新弹起、给与足部有效支撑和回弹力。当然、本实施例中弹性件4也可以如图1所示,由与鞋底2分体设置的一整块与鞋底2的轮廓形状相同碳纤维片制成。当弹性件4与鞋底2是分体的情况下,弹性件4和所述鞋底2的连接方式可如图1所示,通过螺丝6连接在一起,具体来说,在弹性件4的中央贯穿有沉孔61,在所述鞋底2中央设有凸柱23,凸柱23插在沉孔61内,凸柱23中央设有具有内螺纹的连接孔24,螺丝6的攻入端由上而下插入并螺纹连接在连接孔24内。弹性件4和所述鞋底2的连接方式也可以是直接与鞋底2的顶面一体成型,这样能让弹性件4不会在剧烈运动中产生位移。前脚掌和后脚跟位置对应的前部弹性片42和后部弹性片41,在花样滑冰运动员跳跃后落下的一瞬间能有效对震动进行缓冲。
另外,为了能应对体重更大的人以及增加更强的弹性缓冲性能,如图4和图5所示为本发明中鞋底与刀托一体化结构的第二实施例,从鞋底2的顶面中央斜向上延伸至鞋底2脚掌位置所在顶面上方有前部弹性片42的基础上,从所述前部弹性片42一端向上折弯延伸而出有前部支撑片44,所述前部支撑片44与所述前部弹性片42之间的夹角呈锐角,对于体重较重或者需要更强缓冲力的需求下,这样折弯的前部支撑片44与前部弹性片42就能形成更大的弹性缓冲能力。 当然前部支撑片44也可以向下折弯成型,前部支撑片44向下折弯成型时,前部支撑片44的末端与鞋底2脚掌位置所在顶面抵接在一起。
如图6所示为本发明中鞋底与刀托一体化结构的第三种实施例,对于冰球运动来说,由于冰球运动员在比赛中发力的位置多集中于脚后跟位置。因此在本实施例中所述弹性件4仅仅可以是从鞋底2的中央顶面斜向上延伸至所述鞋底2后跟位置所在顶面上方的后部弹性片41即可,同样所述后部弹性片41的底面与鞋底2后跟位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角,这样一来,当冰球运动员发力蹬冰面的瞬间,脚后跟处的后部弹性片41可以被压缩后蓄能、再提供反冲力,使冰球运动员能快速产生爆发力。同样,此时也可以在所述后部弹性片41一端向下或向上折弯设有延伸而出的后部支撑片43,所述后部支撑片43与所述后部弹性片41之间的夹角呈锐角,后部支撑片43向下折弯时,后部支撑片43的末端与鞋底2后跟位置所在顶面抵接在一起,本实施例中后部支撑片43呈两端向上翘起的半弧形,后部弹性片41和后部支撑片43受到压力时、后部支撑片43能更顺滑的沿鞋底2的后跟顶面滑动卸力,并在回弹时能提供更强的支撑力。
而对于速滑运动员来说,由于起步蹬冰的发力点在于前脚掌,因此,如图7中所示为本发明中鞋底与刀托一体化结构的第四种实施例,本实施例中弹性件4也可以仅仅是从鞋底2的中央顶面斜向上延伸至鞋底2脚掌位置所在顶面上方的前部弹性片42,同样、所述前部弹性片42与鞋底2脚掌位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角,并且为了速滑运动员在蹬冰时能获得更大的弹性反冲力,同样可以从所述前部弹性片42一端向下或向上折弯延伸而出设有前部支撑片44,而前部支撑片44与前部弹性片42之间的夹角呈锐角。
需要说明的是:请参阅图8中所示为本发明中鞋底与刀托一体化结构的第五种实施例,本实施例中弹性件4在上述实施例的基础上也可以是鞋底2的脚跟位置和脚掌位置同时设置前部弹性片42和后部弹性片41,并且同时具有后部支撑片43和前部支撑片44。
如图9中所示为本发明中鞋底与刀托一体化结构的第六种实施例,为了能更加精确的在足部的发力点产生回弹以及反冲力,还可以在所述后部支撑片43的中央设有一端具有开口的后部分离槽45,在所述前部支撑片44的中央设有一端具有开口前部分离槽46,当蹬冰的过程中脚后跟发力时,由于足部通常呈斜蹬的状态,此时足底部的受力位置会变得分布不均,有可能集中在足外侧区域、也有可能集中在足内侧区域,因此,后部分离槽45和前部分离槽46能让弹性件4的缓冲力以及反弹力分布在受力的一侧,让穿戴者能接受的更为精确的回弹力。例如足部施力点在足部大拇指或内侧楔骨位置时,前部分离槽46一侧对应位置的前部支撑片44位置会率先被下压,下压力量消失后,此部分的前部支撑片44会因弹性,首先出现反冲力,将足部大拇指或内侧楔骨位置的足底向上顶,进而让运动员在本身的爆发力上产生更强的蹬冰反馈力量。
如图1、图10和图11所示的一种冰刀鞋,包括有如上所述的鞋底与刀托一体化结构,在所述鞋底2上连接有鞋身5。其中如图1中所示为本发明中冰刀鞋的一种实施例,所述鞋身5也可以采用碳纤维材料制做,并通过胶水或车缝线的方式与鞋底2连接,形成完整的冰刀鞋,鞋身5也可以是注塑这样的传统工艺。需要说明的说,此处,所指鞋身5本身是不具有鞋底的,也就是说鞋身5的底部是与鞋内连通的,鞋身5是要与所述鞋底2连接在一起后,才成为完整的鞋体,而将鞋底2与刀托1利用碳纤维材料制成一个完整的整体,目的就是减少传统刀托要通过螺丝与鞋底拧在一起所产生的容易开裂分离的风险,并且能减少后续加工程序。一体成型的所述鞋底2与所述刀托1能在运动员作出跳跃等激烈动作后依旧保证冰刀鞋的牢固程度,不会出现刀托与鞋底分离的问题,并且碳纤维材料本身具有的高硬度和优异的弹性,也能辅助运动员卸力。在本实施例中将鞋身5与所述鞋底2连接在一起后,碳纤维制成的弹性件4就能按照所应用的场景选择是单独的后部弹性片41,还是单独的前部弹性片42,亦或者是如第一实施例中所描述的前部弹性片42和后部弹性片41是一整块与鞋底2的轮廓形状相同碳纤维片制成。并在前部弹性片42和后部弹性片41上选择性的增加前述的后部支撑片43和前部支撑片44,以适用于不同需求。通过碳纤维制成的弹性件4加之一体成型的鞋底2与刀托1,可以有效的在运动员蹬冰的瞬间,通过反冲力给足部提供极大的爆发力,而在起跳落地瞬间也会将震动缓冲,保障穿戴人员的安全和舒适度的基础上,提供更加符合人体运动生物力学的效果。
另外,如图10和图11所示为本实用新型中冰刀鞋的另一种实施例,从图中可清楚看出本实施例与第一实施例基本大同小异,仅仅在鞋身5与所述鞋底2的连接方式上有所不同,在所述鞋身5下方的鞋跟位置和鞋底位置分别设有向下延伸的插柱51以及分别设置在插柱51周围的多个螺孔52,在所述鞋底2上分别贯穿有对应所述插柱51的定位孔21和对应所述螺孔52的通孔22,所述插柱51插在对应的所述定位孔21内,在所述通孔22内穿设有螺丝与对应的所述螺孔52相连接,在本实施例中,鞋身5本身具有一个封闭底部的鞋底面53形成一个完整的鞋体,插柱51和各个螺孔52均形成在鞋底面53上,将鞋身5对准所述鞋底2按下后,插柱51插入对应的定位孔21内来进行定位,再通过将螺丝穿入通孔22中并拧入对应的所述螺孔52内后,将鞋身5与鞋底2完成连接固定,此时需要注意的是,弹性件4是设置在鞋身5内的,可以通过螺丝将弹性件4与鞋底面53连接固定,也可以将弹性件4与鞋底面53一体成型的制成。当然也能够如图12中所示,将弹性件4设置在鞋底面53与所述鞋底2的顶面之间,例如:短道速滑运动中所穿戴的冰刀鞋,此类冰刀鞋,其鞋身5的前端与刀托前端是铰接在一起的,抬脚的瞬间,冰刀后半段和鞋身是可以脱离的,就像穿拖鞋走路,本实施例中是将鞋身5如图12中所示通过其底部的鞋底面53与鞋底2的前端直接铰接,这样的情况下能让鞋身5更加稳固,并且在踩下后跟时,将后部弹性片41单独或者和后部支撑片43同时安装在鞋跟位置,或者将前部弹性片42单独或者和前部支撑片44一同安装在鞋底2的脚掌位置,就能实现所需的反弹力来增强蹬冰时的爆发力。

Claims (12)
- 一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于:包括有一体成型的刀托(1)和鞋底(2),在所述刀托(1)底部设有能插入冰刀刀体(3)的刀槽(11),在所述鞋底(2)上设有能对脚掌和/或脚跟进行缓冲的弹性件(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件(4)和一体成型的所述刀托(1)和所述鞋底(2)由碳纤维材料制成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件(4)包括有从鞋底(2)的顶面斜向上延伸至所述鞋底(2)后跟位置所在顶面上方的后部弹性片(41),所述后部弹性片(41)的底面与鞋底(2)后跟位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件(4)包括有从鞋底(2)的顶面斜向上延伸至鞋底(2)脚掌位置所在顶面上方的前部弹性片(42),所述前部弹性片(42)的底面与鞋底(2)脚掌位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件(4)包括有从鞋底(2)的顶面斜向上延伸至所述鞋底(2)后跟位置所在顶面上方的后部弹性片(41)和从鞋底(2)的顶面斜向上延伸至鞋底(2)脚掌位置所在顶面上方的前部弹性片(42),所述后部弹性片(41)的底面与鞋底(2)后跟位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角,所述前部弹性片(42)的底面与鞋底(2)脚掌位置所在顶面之间的夹角呈锐角。
- 根据权利要求3或5所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,从所述后部弹性片(41)一端向下或向上折弯设有后部支撑片(43),所述后部支撑片(43)与所述后部弹性片(41)之间的夹角呈锐角。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,从所述前部弹性片(42)一端向下或向上折弯设有前部支撑片(44),所述前部支撑片(44)与所述前部弹性片(42)之间的夹角呈锐角。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,从所述后部弹性片(41)一端向下或向上折弯设有后部支撑片(43),所述后部支撑片(43)与所述后部弹性片(41)之间的夹角呈锐角,从所述前部弹性片(42)一端向下或向上折弯设有前部支撑片(44),所述前部支撑片(44)与所述前部弹性片(42)之间的夹角呈锐角。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,在所述后部支撑片(43)的中央设有一端具有开口的后部分离槽(45)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种鞋底与刀托一体化结构,其特征在于,在所述前部支撑片(44)的中央设有一端具有开口前部分离槽(46)。
- 一种冰刀鞋,其特征在于,包括有如权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的鞋底与刀托一体化结构,在所述鞋底(2)上连接有鞋身(5)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种冰刀鞋,其特征在于,在所述鞋身(5)下方的鞋跟位置和鞋底位置分别设有向下延伸的插柱(51)以及分别设置在插柱(51)周围的多个螺孔(52),在所述鞋底(2)上分别贯穿有对应所述插柱(51)的定位孔(21)和对应所述螺孔(52)的通孔(22),所述插柱(51)插在对应的所述定位孔(21)内,在所述通孔(22)内穿设螺丝与对应的所述螺孔(52)相连接。
