Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,属于农产品干燥技术领域。本发明包括支撑底板,支撑底板的下表面固定安装有移动滚轮,支撑底板的上表面通过铰链转动连接有一干燥装置,支撑底板的上表面后侧和干燥装置的背面顶端通过第一电动伸缩杆活动连接。本发明通过启动驱动电机的控制开关,驱动电机将会带动转动辊进行转动,从而使连接板之间的储料设备发生转动,转动辊的转动带动大齿轮转动,由于大齿轮和小齿轮啮合连接,因此大齿轮的转动能够带动小齿轮进行进行转动,从而带动储料设备自转,储料设备在公转的同时能够自转,其内部的农产品将会不断的翻滚,因此增大了农产品与热风的接触面积,从而使干燥效果更佳。

本发明属于农产品干燥技术领域,具体涉及一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统。
现代农业发展快速,机械化和科学种植化水平不断的提高,各种植物农产品的重质量和产量大增,这些植物农产品采收后必须经过采购、运输、销售等多个环节才能到达消费者,这些环节需要耗费很长的时间和占用很大的处理空间,有些含水量大的产品不但占用很大的空间和重量,而且在运输和销售的环节中很容易损伤或腐烂变质,为了能把大产量的植物农产品销售出去,农民会把很多不能及时被收购的植物农产品进行加工,这种加工就是冷冻或将含水量大的植物农产品进行减水干燥,但是冷冻不能减少体积和重量,脱水干燥能减少体积和重量,并且能储存时间更长。植物农产品的除水干燥、缩减体积,农民一般是进行摆开进行晾晒,其干燥效率较低,且受天气影响较大,不能有效的满足需求,为此,本实用新型设计了一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,以此,解决以上问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,通过支撑底板、移动滚轮、干燥装置和第一电动伸缩杆的设计,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,包括支撑底板,所述支撑底板的下表面固定安装有移动滚轮,所述支撑底板的上表面通过铰链转动连接有一干燥装置,所述支撑底板的上表面后侧和干燥装置的背面顶端通过第一电动伸缩杆活动连接;
所述干燥装置包括一承载机构,所述承载机构的内部转动连接有一转动机构,所述承载机构的两侧面上均固定安装有一暖风机构,两所述暖风机构对称设置;
所述承载机构包括一干燥箱体,所述干燥箱体的一相对内壁上均开设有两圆形通孔,所述干燥箱体的后内壁上开设有一圆形贯穿孔,所述干燥箱体的前侧设有一干燥箱门;
所述转动机构包括一转动架体,所述转动架体上设有若干呈环形均匀分布的储料设备,所述转动架体包括一转动辊,所述转动辊的周侧面固定安装有若干组与储料设备相匹配的连接板,所述转动辊的周侧面上还固定安装有一大齿轮,所述转动辊的一端穿过圆形贯穿孔,所述转动辊的周侧面且位于圆形贯穿孔的两侧均固定安装有一限位挡环,所述转动辊通过驱动电机驱动;
所述储料设备包括一储料组件和一环形封堵组件,所述储料组件包括一第一储料桶和一第二储料桶,所述第一储料桶和第二储料桶通过若干呈环形均匀分布的连接柱连接,所述第一储料桶远离连接柱的一端面中部固定安装有一转轴,所述第二储料桶远离连接柱的一端面中部也固定安装有一转轴,位于所述第一储料桶上的转轴的一端面上固定安装有一小齿轮,所述小齿轮与大齿轮啮合连接,所述环形封堵组件包括固定支板,所述固定支板固定安装在第一储料桶的外表面上,所述固定支板的一表面上固定安装有一第二电动伸缩杆,所述第二电动伸缩杆远离固定支板的一端固定安装有一滑动套环,所述滑动套环远离第二电动伸缩杆的一表面上固定安装有一封堵环,所述封堵环的内壁上固定安装有若干与连接柱相匹配的导向块;
所述暖风机构包括一暖风机,所述暖风机通过固定架固定安装在干燥箱体的外表面上,所述暖风机的出风口处固定连通有一分流管,所述分流管的上下两端均固定连通有一出风嘴,所述出风嘴远离分流管的一端插接在圆形通孔的内部。

驱动电机和电动伸缩杆为现有技术的常用部件,采用的型号等均可根据实际使用需求定制;
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述移动滚轮的数量为四个,四个所述移动滚轮呈矩形排列,每个所述移动滚轮上均设有一刹车片。

1、本发明通过启动第一电动伸缩杆的控制开关,第一电动伸缩杆将会收缩带动干燥装置倾斜,当干燥装置倾斜一定的角度之后,此时工作人员手握“U”形把手,将干燥箱门打开,然后启动第二电动伸缩杆的控制开关,第二电动伸缩杆将会通过滑动套环带动封堵环向下运动,此时封堵环将不再对进料口进行封堵,由于干燥装置处于倾斜状态,因此储料设备也将处于倾斜状态,此时即可将待干燥的农产品倒入储料设备的内部,之后再启动第二电动伸缩杆,对储料设备的进料口进行封堵,将储料设备的进料口封堵住之后,此时启动第一电动伸缩杆的控制开关,使第一电动伸缩杆整体伸长从而使干燥装置处于竖直状态,本发明能够简单方便的完成进料,从而使本发明效率更高。
2、本发明通过启动驱动电机的控制开关,驱动电机将会带动转动辊进行转动,从而使连接板之间的储料设备发生转动,转动辊的转动带动大齿轮转动,由于大齿轮和小齿轮啮合连接,因此大齿轮的转动能够带动小齿轮进行进行转动,从而带动储料设备自转,储料设备在公转的同时能够自转,其内部的农产品将会不断的翻滚,因此增大了农产品与热风的接触面积,从而使干燥效果更佳。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的保护范围。实施例中的条件可以根据具体条件做进一步的调整,在本发明的构思前提下对本发明的方法简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
请参阅图1-12,本发明提供一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,包括支撑底板1,支撑底板1的下表面固定安装有移动滚轮2,支撑底板1的上表面通过铰链转动连接有一干燥装置3,支撑底板1的上表面后侧和干燥装置3的背面顶端通过第一电动伸缩杆4活动连接;
干燥装置3包括一承载机构5,承载机构5的内部转动连接有一转动机构6,承载机构5的两侧面上均固定安装有一暖风机构7,两暖风机构7对称设置;
承载机构5包括一干燥箱体501,干燥箱体501的一相对内壁上均开设有两圆形通孔504,干燥箱体501的后内壁上开设有一圆形贯穿孔505,干燥箱体501的前侧设有一干燥箱门506;
转动机构6包括一转动架体601,转动架体601上设有若干呈环形均匀分布的储料设备602,转动架体601包括一转动辊6011,转动辊6011的周侧面固定安装有若干组与储料设备602相匹配的连接板6012,转动辊6011的周侧面上还固定安装有一大齿轮6013,转动辊6011的一端穿过圆形贯穿孔505,转动辊6011的周侧面且位于圆形贯穿孔505的两侧均固定安装有一限位挡环6014,转动辊6011通过驱动电机6016驱动;
储料设备602包括一储料组件6021和一环形封堵组件6027,储料组件6021包括一第一储料桶6022和一第二储料桶6023,第一储料桶6022和第二储料桶6023通过若干呈环形均匀分布的连接柱6024连接,第一储料桶6022远离连接柱6024的一端面中部固定安装有一转轴6025,第二储料桶6023远离连接柱6024的一端面中部也固定安装有一转轴6025,位于第一储料桶6022上的转轴6025的一端面上固定安装有一小齿轮6026,小齿轮6026与大齿轮6013啮合连接,环形封堵组件6027包括固定支板6028,固定支板6028固定安装在第一储料桶6022的外表面上,固定支板6028的一表面上固定安装有一第二电动伸缩杆6029,第二电动伸缩杆6029远离固定支板6028的一端固定安装有一滑动套环6030,滑动套环6030远离第二电动伸缩杆6029的一表面上固定安装有一封堵环6031,封堵环6031的内壁上固定安装有若干与连接柱6024相匹配的导向块6032;
暖风机构7包括一暖风机701,暖风机701通过固定架702固定安装在干燥箱体501的外表面上,暖风机701的出风口处固定连通有一分流管703,分流管703的上下两端均固定连通有一出风嘴704,出风嘴704远离分流管703的一端插接在圆形通孔504的内部。
移动滚轮2的数量为四个,四个移动滚轮2呈矩形排列,每个移动滚轮2上均设有一刹车片,通过设置移动滚轮2以及其上的刹车片能够将本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统推到合适的位置,当将本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统推到合适的位置之后,此时通过移动滚轮2上的刹车片对本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统进行固定,避免本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统在对农产品进行干燥时,本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统发生移动,对干燥造成影响。
第一电动伸缩杆4的底端与支撑底板1的上表面后侧通过铰座转动连接,第一电动伸缩杆4的顶端与干燥装置3的背面顶端也通过铰座转动连接。
干燥箱体501的内顶面上固定安装有两紫外线杀菌灯502,两紫外线杀菌灯502对称设置,通过设置紫外线杀菌灯502能够对干燥箱体501的内部进行杀菌。
干燥箱体501的前表面嵌有一第一“回”字形密封板503,干燥箱门506的后表面上嵌有一与第一“回”字形密封板503相匹配的第二“回”字形密封板507,第一“回”字形密封板503和第二“回”字形密封板507均为橡胶材质的构件,通过第一“回”字形密封板503和第二“回”字形密封板507的结合使用,能够使干燥箱体501和干燥箱门506连接的更佳紧密。
干燥箱门506的前表面固定安装有一“U”形把手508,“U”形把手508的外侧套接有一防护环,防护环为橡胶材质的构件。
转动辊6011的直径与圆形贯穿孔505的内径相同,且转动辊6011的周侧面与圆形贯穿孔505的内壁均光滑。
干燥箱体501的背面固定安装有一电机支座6015,驱动电机6016固定安装在电机支座6015上。
滑动套环6030和封堵环6031均套接在第一储料桶6022的外侧,第一储料桶6022、第二储料桶6023和封堵环6031上均开设有网孔。
导向块6032的内部开设有一导向孔,连接柱6024穿过导向孔,连接柱6024的直径与导向孔的内径相同,且连接柱6024的周侧面与导向孔的内壁均光滑。
当需要对农产品进行干燥时,首先工作人员通过支撑底板1下表面的移动滚轮2将本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统推到合适的位置,当将本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统推到合适的位置之后,此时通过移动滚轮2上的刹车片对本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统进行固定,避免本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统在对农产品进行干燥时,本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统发生移动,对干燥造成影响,当将本发明的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统固定在合适的位置之后,此时启动第一电动伸缩杆4的控制开关,第一电动伸缩杆4将会收缩带动干燥装置3倾斜,当干燥装置3倾斜一定的角度之后,此时工作人员手握“U”形把手508,将干燥箱门506打开,然后启动第二电动伸缩杆6029的控制开关,第二电动伸缩杆6029将会通过滑动套环6030带动封堵环6031向下运动,此时封堵环6031将不再对进料口进行封堵,由于干燥装置3处于倾斜状态,因此储料设备602也将处于倾斜状态,此时即可将待干燥的农产品倒入储料设备602的内部,之后再启动第二电动伸缩杆6029,对储料设备602的进料口进行封堵,将储料设备602的进料口封堵住之后,此时启动第一电动伸缩杆4的控制开关,使第一电动伸缩杆4整体伸长从而使干燥装置3处于竖直状态,之后关闭干燥箱门506,同时启动驱动电机6016的控制开关,驱动电机6016将会带动转动辊6011进行转动,从而使连接板6012之间的储料设备602发生转动,转动辊6011的转动带动大齿轮6013转动,由于大齿轮6013和小齿轮6026啮合连接,因此大齿轮6013的转动能够带动小齿轮6026进行进行转动,从而带动储料设备602自转,储料设备602在公转的同时能够自转,其内部的农产品将会不断的翻滚,之后通过启动暖风机701的控制开关,暖风机701将会通过分流管703和出风嘴704将热风输送到干燥箱体501的内部,从而对储料设备602内部的农产品进行干燥,由于储料设备602在公转的同时能够自转,其内部的农产品将会不断的翻滚,因此增大了农产品与热风的接触面积,从而使干燥效果更佳,另外本发明通过设置紫外线杀菌灯502,能够对干燥箱体501的内部进行杀菌。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于:包括支撑底板(1),所述支撑底板(1)的下表面固定安装有移动滚轮(2),所述支撑底板(1)的上表面通过铰链转动连接有一干燥装置(3),所述支撑底板(1)的上表面后侧和干燥装置(3)的背面顶端通过第一电动伸缩杆(4)活动连接;所述干燥装置(3)包括一承载机构(5),所述承载机构(5)的内部转动连接有一转动机构(6),所述承载机构(5)的两侧面上均固定安装有一暖风机构(7),两所述暖风机构(7)对称设置;所述承载机构(5)包括一干燥箱体(501),所述干燥箱体(501)的一相对内壁上均开设有两圆形通孔(504),所述干燥箱体(501)的后内壁上开设有一圆形贯穿孔(505),所述干燥箱体(501)的前侧设有一干燥箱门(506);所述转动机构(6)包括一转动架体(601),所述转动架体(601)上设有若干呈环形均匀分布的储料设备(602),所述转动架体(601)包括一转动辊(6011),所述转动辊(6011)的周侧面固定安装有若干组与储料设备(602)相匹配的连接板(6012),所述转动辊(6011)的周侧面上还固定安装有一大齿轮(6013),所述转动辊(6011)的一端穿过圆形贯穿孔(505),所述转动辊(6011)的周侧面且位于圆形贯穿孔(505)的两侧均固定安装有一限位挡环(6014),所述转动辊(6011)通过驱动电机(6016)驱动;所述储料设备(602)包括一储料组件(6021)和一环形封堵组件(6027),所述储料组件(6021)包括一第一储料桶(6022)和一第二储料桶(6023),所述第一储料桶(6022)和第二储料桶(6023)通过若干呈环形均匀分布的连接柱(6024)连接,所述第一储料桶(6022)远离连接柱(6024)的一端面中部固定安装有一转轴(6025),所述第二储料桶(6023)远离连接柱(6024)的一端面中部也固定安装有一转轴(6025),位于所述第一储料桶(6022)上的转轴(6025)的一端面上固定安装有一小齿轮(6026),所述小齿轮(6026)与大齿轮(6013)啮合连接,所述环形封堵组件(6027)包括固定支板(6028),所述固定支板(6028)固定安装在第一储料桶(6022)的外表面上,所述固定支板(6028)的一表面上固定安装有一第二电动伸缩杆(6029),所述第二电动伸缩杆(6029)远离固定支板(6028)的一端固定安装有一滑动套环(6030),所述滑动套环(6030)远离第二电动伸缩杆(6029)的一表面上固定安装有一封堵环(6031),所述封堵环(6031)的内壁上固定安装有若干与连接柱(6024)相匹配的导向块(6032);所述暖风机构(7)包括一暖风机(701),所述暖风机(701)通过固定架(702)固定安装在干燥箱体(501)的外表面上,所述暖风机(701)的出风口处固定连通有一分流管(703),所述分流管(703)的上下两端均固定连通有一出风嘴(704),所述出风嘴(704)远离分流管(703)的一端插接在圆形通孔(504)的内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述移动滚轮(2)的数量为四个,四个所述移动滚轮(2)呈矩形排列,每个所述移动滚轮(2)上均设有一刹车片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述第一电动伸缩杆(4)的底端与支撑底板(1)的上表面后侧通过铰座转动连接,所述第一电动伸缩杆(4)的顶端与干燥装置(3)的背面顶端也通过铰座转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述干燥箱体(501)的内顶面上固定安装有两紫外线杀菌灯(502),两所述紫外线杀菌灯(502)对称设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述干燥箱体(501)的前表面嵌有一第一“回”字形密封板(503),所述干燥箱门(506)的后表面上嵌有一与第一“回”字形密封板(503)相匹配的第二“回”字形密封板(507),所述第一“回”字形密封板(503)和第二“回”字形密封板(507)均为橡胶材质的构件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述干燥箱门(506)的前表面固定安装有一“U”形把手(508),所述“U”形把手(508)的外侧套接有一防护环,所述防护环为橡胶材质的构件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述转动辊(6011)的直径与圆形贯穿孔(505)的内径相同,且转动辊(6011)的周侧面与圆形贯穿孔(505)的内壁均光滑。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述干燥箱体(501)的背面固定安装有一电机支座(6015),所述驱动电机(6016)固定安装在电机支座(6015)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述滑动套环(6030)和封堵环(6031)均套接在第一储料桶(6022)的外侧,所述第一储料桶(6022)、第二储料桶(6023)和封堵环(6031)上均开设有网孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的节能型循环干燥系统,其特征在于,所述导向块(6032)的内部开设有一导向孔,所述连接柱(6024)穿过导向孔,所述连接柱(6024)的直径与导向孔的内径相同,且连接柱(6024)的周侧面与导向孔的内壁均光滑。
