The present disclosure relates to a supporting structure, a rear-row air duct assembly, a vehicle air-conditioning system and a vehicle. The supporting structure comprises a supporting body; a bottom end of the supporting body is provided with a second mounting portion, which is configured to connect to a vehicle body floor panel, and a top end of the supporting body is provided with a bearing surface, which is configured to bear an air output side of a rear-row foot-blowing air duct; the shape of the bearing surface matches the shape of the side, facing the supporting body, of the air output side; and the bearing surface is provided with a first snap-fit portion, and the first snap-fit portion is connected in a fitted manner to a second snap-fit portion, which is arranged on the air output side. In this way, the air output side of the rear-row foot-blowing air duct can be fixed to the vehicle body floor panel by means of the supporting body, such that the position of the air output side of the rear-row foot-blowing air duct is relatively stable, and therefore, in a follow-up assembly process, the air output side does not offset relative to the vehicle body floor panel, thereby having a stable structure and facilitating a follow-up assembly; thus, the assembly efficiency is improved to a certain extent, and the assembly effect is good.
