本发明涉及户外用品技术领域,特别涉及一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷。
背景技术
为满足现有户外遮阳篷产品的需求,市面上出现了各式各样的遮阳篷,如具有固定顶的阳光房。该种类型的遮阳篷无法实现篷顶的收起,使用受到限制,另一种具有单一功能的传统固定式翻转百叶顶阳光房,该种结构的阳光房只能实现百叶片的翻转,无法实现百叶片的伸缩,无法满足客户以直射阳光和全露天无遮挡亲近自然的效果。
如公告号为CN110886533B,公开了一种百叶篷,包括篷架和百叶片组,篷架,包括至少两条百叶篷梁和至少两条立柱,所述立柱上设有传输机构,所述百叶篷梁上设有翻转装置,所述传输机构通过联动件控制所述翻转装置翻转,并可使所述百叶片组实现翻转。采用链条传动实现百叶片的翻转结构,但是其无法实现局部敞篷结构。
为此,如公告号为CN212295260U,提供了一种伸缩百叶篷,属于遮阳篷技术领域。它解决了现有百叶篷只能满足传动件带动百叶板旋转起到打开关闭作用,效果单一且采光不理想等问题。本实用新型包括顶篷、顶篷安装框架及顶篷开合机构,顶篷包括若干百叶盖板,顶篷开合机构设置在顶篷安装框架上,其能驱动百叶盖板来回运动并在来回运动过程中实现翻转开合,若干百叶盖板来回运动并旋转至闭合状态时,相邻的两个百叶盖板首位对接在一起。本实用新型伸缩百叶篷,不仅顶篷牢靠,且顶篷整体能实现来回伸缩,在伸缩过程,顶篷的若干百叶板还能实现旋转扣合关闭实现遮阳避雨功能,本伸缩百叶篷使用方便,且能大大提高采光效果,满足用户的不同需求。
然而,上述结构百叶篷虽然可以实现大敞口打开,使得百叶板向一侧完成收合折叠,但是,该结构百叶篷顶起在百叶板收合过程中,整体百叶板需要单侧收合,其相对普通百叶篷无法实现单纯百叶篷顶的开合,导致其整体功能较为单一。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷,采用双驱作业,实现百叶板可以独立翻转开合和独立侧向叠放,提高了百叶篷的使用性能。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷,包括篷柱、圈梁和篷顶,所述篷顶包括若干百叶板,所述百叶板用以与所述圈梁配合安装,百叶板,包括百叶板本体和设置于 所述百叶板本体两侧的百叶联动组件,所述百叶联动组件包括百叶芯轴和安装于所述百叶芯轴上联动配合的联动臂;翻转传动机构,所述翻转传动机构包括联动条,所述联动条沿若干百叶板排布方向设置,若干所述百叶板上的联动臂用以与联动条配合安装,并可通过所述联动条带动所述联动臂摆动,完成若干百叶板的翻转开合;伸缩传动机构,包括同步轮和通过同步轮带动的传动带,所述传动带沿若干百叶板排布方向设置,所述传动带上配合有驱动座,所述驱动座可随着所述传动带的移动而移动,所述驱动座用以与若干所述百叶板中的至少一块配合,若干百叶板通过所述驱动座的带动完成铺开或收合。
所述圈梁包括正梁和辅梁,所述正梁用以与若干百叶板配合安装,所述辅梁用以与所述百叶板平行设置,所述正梁上设有第一滑轨槽,所述百叶芯轴上套设安装有第一滑轮件,所述第一滑轮件沿所述第一滑轨槽移动配合。
联动条内设有第二滑轨槽,若干百叶板上的联动臂上配合设有第二滑轮件,所述第二滑轮件沿所述第二滑轨槽移动配合。
若干联动臂相邻之间设置有至少一条导向绳,所述导向绳沿所述第二滑轨槽长度方向设置,所述导向绳两端分别固定设置于所述联动条上,若干所述联动臂沿所述导向绳导向移动。
所述导向绳数量为2条,分别设置于联动臂上部和下部,两条所述导向绳呈上下平行设置。
翻转传动机构还包括翻转驱动电机、通过所述翻转驱动电机带动的翻转轴和设置于所述翻转轴上的翻转臂,所述翻转臂另一端用以与联动条联动配合。

驱动座相邻位于主动轮一侧或从动轮一侧,与所述驱动座配合安装的百叶板为堆叠百叶板;当百叶板处于完全打开状态时,所述传动带带动所述驱动座移动,所述驱动座随着传动带带动堆叠百叶板移动,堆叠百叶板贴合相邻百叶板并依次完成若干百叶板的堆叠收合。
若干所述百叶板的百叶芯轴上设置固绳座,若干所述固绳座之间连接有堆叠绳。
驱动座设置于若干所述百叶板中的任意一块上,百叶板还设有交叉链单元,若干百叶板之间的交叉链单元相互铰接形成交叉链,所述交叉链单元包括呈“X”形的两条联动板,同一交叉链单元中的两条联动板交叉部位与百叶芯轴铰接配合,相邻两个交叉链单元中的两条联动板对应铰接配合。
当若干所述百叶板通过翻转传动机构带动翻转打开至任意角度时,所述伸缩传动机构可带动若干所述百叶板实现叠合。
本发明通过与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明通过优化采用双驱作业,实现百 叶板可以独立翻转开合和独立侧向叠放,提高了百叶篷的使用性能;利用第一滑轨槽便于百叶板整体滑动,特别是优化设计联动条,利用联动条内置第二滑轨槽形成悬浮滑轨结构,使得联动条可以同步联动百叶板翻转作用,还可以作为联动臂移动导轨部件,利用导向绳,可以增加移动的稳定性,结合利用双轨滑动结构,实现百叶翻转或叠放的独立作业;优化伸缩传动机构,可以实现百叶板的堆叠叠放或同步叠放,特别是再采用同步叠放结构中,可以实现百叶板多角度开合状态下的叠放。

实施例1
结合附图1至21所示,本实施例公开了一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷,包括篷柱300、圈梁200和篷顶100,篷顶100包括若干百叶板110,若干百叶板110沿篷顶100铺设,完成对篷顶100的覆盖,百叶板110用以与圈梁200配合安装,圈梁200包括正梁210和辅梁220,正梁210用以与若干百叶板110配合安装,辅梁220用以与百叶板110平行设置;依据不同规格的百叶篷,其中在部分靠墙篷中,通常篷柱300为两条,圈梁200为“口”框型,通常为矩形结构,也可以结合多个篷柱300,形成多个篷顶100结构的设计,如构成“日”框型等。
在具体结构设计中,百叶板110包括百叶板本体111和设置于百叶板本体111两侧的百叶联动组件,百叶联动组件包括百叶芯轴112和安装于百叶芯轴112上联动配合的联动臂115,联动臂115一端与百叶芯轴112固定配合,可以实现传动带动百叶板本体111的翻转运动,联动臂115用以实现与翻转传动机构500中的联动条530配合,通过联动条530的带动从而完成对若干百叶板110上的联动臂115的带动,随着联动条530的移动可以实现百叶板110的翻转开合;另外,在百叶芯轴112上套设安装有第一滑轮件113,第一滑轮件113沿第一滑轨槽211移动配合,正梁210上设有第一滑轨槽211,方便百叶板110在打开状态下,通过两侧的第一滑轮件113实现向一侧滑动移动,其中第一滑轮件113优选采用滚轮,也可以采用滑块等部件,正梁210上的第一滑轨槽211优选得滑轨结构,用以与第一滑轮件113相互配合,其具体结构可以为多种滑轨配套滑轮结构设计。
结合上述,其中百叶板110配套有翻转传动机构500,翻转传动机构500用以带动若干百叶板110实现翻转开合,翻转传动机构500包括联动条530,联动条530沿若干百叶板110排布方向设置,若干百叶板110上的联动臂115用以与联动条530配合安装,并可通过联动条530带动联动臂115摆动,完成若干百叶板110的翻转开合;翻转传动机构500还包括翻转驱动电机510、通过翻转驱动电机510带动的翻转轴520和设置于翻转轴520上的翻转臂540,翻转臂540另一端用以与联动条530联动配合;通常,翻转传动机构500设置于篷顶100一侧,优选设置在其中一个辅梁220内侧位置,其中翻转驱动电机510优选采用两端输出的同步驱动电机,通过带动位于两端的翻转轴520实现传动,翻转轴520带动位于端部的 翻转臂540实现传动,翻转臂540与若干百叶板110中的联动臂115处于同列排布设置,翻转臂540另一端与联动条530实现铰接配合,通过翻转臂540可以带动联动条530实现往复的摆臂运动,从而使得联动条530整体完成往复运动,联动条530带动设置于联动条530上配合的联动臂115实现带动,通过联动臂115的摆动实现对应百叶板110的翻转开合。
优选的,翻转轴520上配合设有翻转基座550,翻转基座550固定安装于正梁210上,方便两端翻转轴520的安装和转动。
优选的,联动条530内设有第二滑轨槽531,若干百叶板110上的联动臂115上配合设有第二滑轮件116,第二滑轮件116沿第二滑轨槽531移动配合;优化设计联动臂115结构,联动臂115与联动条530的配合利用第二滑轮件116实现过渡,在百叶板110需要翻转作业时,第二滑轮件116处于第二滑轨槽531中的对应位置,利用第二滑轮件116与第二滑轨槽531之间的抵触配合,实现联动臂115的摆动;当百叶板110需要进行单侧伸缩时,联动臂115可以通过第二滑轮件116沿第二滑轨槽531实现移动,沿正梁210长度方向进行收合移动,结合百叶板110中第一滑轮件113与第一滑轨槽211的配合,实现单侧双轮双轨的移动。
在其中一个优选实施例中,若干联动臂115相邻之间设置有导向绳600,其中具体是可以通过第一穿绳座118配合安装,导向绳600贯穿第一穿绳座118,导向绳600沿第二滑轨槽531长度方向设置,导向绳600两端分别固定设置于联动条530上,若干联动臂115沿导向绳600导向移动;优化设计导向绳600结构,因联动条530为移动结构,为此第二滑轨槽531为悬浮滑轨结构,为此优化设计导向绳600,用以增加联动臂115上的第二滑轮件116与第二滑轨槽531之间配合的稳定性,提高产品的使用性能和使用稳定性。
在其中一个优选实施例中,结合图10所示,导向绳600数量为2条,分别设置于联动臂115上部和下部,两条导向绳600呈上下平行设置,联动臂115上还有上导向部117,上导向部117上配合有第二穿绳座119,牵引绳601贯穿第二穿绳座119,上导向部117还配合设有牵引绳601,第一穿绳座118和第二穿绳座119分别设置于联动臂115两端,牵引绳601和导向绳600呈上下平行设置:利用牵引绳601和导向绳600的上下设置,使得相邻两个联动臂115之间可以形成一个类平行四边形结构,使得联动臂115在带动百叶板110翻转活动或叠放活动中更为稳定。
结合上述,其中百叶板110配套有伸缩传动机构400,伸缩传动机构400用以带动百叶板110实现单侧的收叠,伸缩传动机构400包括同步轮430和通过同步轮430带动的传动带440,传动带440沿若干百叶板110排布方向设置,传动带440上配合有驱动座114,驱动座114可随着传动带440的移动而移动,驱动座114用以与若干百叶板110中的至少一块配合,若干百叶板110通过驱动座114的带动完成铺开或收合;伸缩传动机构400还包括伸缩驱动电机410和通过伸缩驱动电动机410带动的传动轴420,传动轴420用以与同步轮430配合, 传动轴420用以带动同步轮430转动,同步轮430包括主动轮和从动轮,主动轮和从动轮分别设置于正梁210两端,传动带440沿主动轮和从动轮往复运动;其中,伸缩驱动电机410与翻转驱动电机510分别位于篷顶100两侧设置,采用独立双驱作业,实现传动的稳定控制。
其中,伸缩驱动电机410优选为双头驱动电机,用以带动两端的传动轴420实现旋转,传动轴420另一端通常通过设置传动基座450,传动基座450固定安装于正梁210上,通常位于正梁210一端设置,其中主动轮设置于传动基座450内,主动轮带动传动带440实现传动,正梁210另一端设置有从动轮,其中若干百叶板110均设置在主动轮、从动轮之间。
上述结构中,其中伸缩驱动电机410、翻转驱动电机510均还可以通过涡轮蜗杆等手动传动机构代替,实现对传动轴、翻转轴的驱动。
本发明通过优化采用双驱作业,实现百叶板可以独立翻转开合和独立侧向叠放,提高了百叶篷的使用性能;利用第一滑轨槽便于百叶板整体滑动,特别是优化设计联动条,利用联动条内置第二滑轨槽形成悬浮滑轨结构,使得联动条可以同步联动百叶板翻转作用,还可以作为联动臂移动导轨部件,利用导向绳,可以增加移动的稳定性,结合利用双轨滑动结构,实现百叶翻转或叠放的独立作业。
实施例2
结合实施例1,结合图17至图21所示,本实施例公开了一种百叶独立翻转开合且可堆叠叠放的户外百叶篷,其中优化设计了伸缩传动机构400,具体结构中:驱动座114相邻位于主动轮一侧或从动轮一侧,与驱动座114配合安装的百叶板110为堆叠百叶板;在本实施例中,驱动座114优选设置在主动轮一侧,当百叶板110处于完全打开状态时,此时百叶板110通常呈90°角,百叶板本体111整体呈竖立状态,相邻百叶板本体111之间形成有间隙,伸缩驱动电机410完成驱动,带动传动轴420传动,完成对主动轮的驱动,从而带动传动带440移动,传动带440带着驱动座114沿从动轮处移动,随着驱动座114的移动,驱动座114随着传动带440带动堆叠百叶板移动,堆叠百叶板贴合相邻百叶板110并依次完成若干百叶板110的堆叠收合。
另外,若干百叶板100的百叶芯轴112上设置固绳座117,若干固绳座117之间连接有堆叠绳800;利用堆叠绳800可以完成对若干百叶板110的展开,当若干百叶板110随着堆叠百叶板贴合逐步收合至一侧后,反向驱动伸缩驱动电机410,带动传动轴420传动,完成对主动轮的驱动,从而带动传动带440反向移动,传动带440带着驱动座114沿主动轮方向移动,随着驱动座114的移动,驱动座114随着传动带440带动堆叠百叶板移动向主动轮方向移动,堆叠百叶板与相邻的百叶板110完成分离,随着相邻固绳座117之间的堆叠绳800完成张紧,通过堆叠绳800的拉动带动百叶板110向主动轮方向移动,依次带动完整个百叶板110的逐步铺展。
结合上述结构,百叶板110可以实现堆叠收合,上述结构中,百叶板110的伸缩收合结构中,百叶板110均需要通过双轨滑动结构,在百叶板110伸缩状态时,联动条530部件处于不移动状态,为此可以形成良好的伸缩稳定性,利用双轨双滑轮结构实现堆叠叠放。
实施例3
结合实施例1,结合图6至图16所示,本实施例公开了一种百叶独立翻转开合且同步叠放的户外百叶篷,其中优化设计了伸缩传动机构400,当若干百叶板110通过翻转传动机构500带动翻转打开至任意角度时,伸缩传动机构400可带动若干百叶板110实现叠合,具体结构中:驱动座114设置于若干百叶板110中的任意一块上,百叶板110还设有交叉链单元710,若干百叶板110之间的交叉链单元710相互铰接形成交叉链700,交叉链单元710包括呈“X”形的两条联动板711,同一交叉链单元710中的两条联动板711交叉部位与百叶芯轴112铰接配合,相邻两个交叉链单元710中的两条联动板711对应铰接配合。
优化设计,采用交叉链700结构,可以实现百叶板110的同步伸缩,当百叶板110需要收合至一侧时,百叶板110可以打开至任意角度,相邻百叶板110之间具有间隙,即可实现百叶板110的单侧收合,依据间隙规格大小,其收合后的敞口空间大小呈相互对应;其中,百叶板110翻转优选的打开角度可以为45度、60度、90度,当百叶板110打开后,相邻百叶板本体11之间形成有间隙,伸缩驱动电机410完成驱动,带动传动轴420传动,完成对主动轮的驱动,从而带动传动带440移动,传动带440带着驱动座114沿从动轮处移动,随着驱动座114的移动,与驱动座114对应配合的百叶板110发生位置移动,因若干百叶板110之间均通过交叉链单元710对应联动,使得该位置的交叉链单元710发生形变,其“X”形的两条联动板711发生变化,带动其余交叉链单元710中的联动板711发生变化,从而带动所有百叶板110的联动变化,随着交叉链单元710的折叠收合,从而实现所有百叶板110的单侧收合,通常其中位于最外端的一个百叶板110中的联动臂115直接与联动条530固定安装,便于实现单侧收合定位。
上述结构中,百叶板的伸缩收合结构中,百叶板均需要通过双轨滑动结构,在百叶板伸缩状态时,联动条部件处于不移动状态,为此可以形成良好的伸缩稳定性,利用双轨双滑轮结构实现伸缩叠放,可以实现百叶板多角度开合状态下的叠放。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷,其特征在于:驱动座相邻位于主动轮一侧或从动轮一侧,与所述驱动座配合安装的百叶板为堆叠百叶板;当百叶板处于完全打开状态时,所述传动带带动所述驱动座移动,所述驱动座随着传动带带动堆叠百叶板移动,堆叠百叶板贴合相邻百叶板并依次完成若干百叶板的堆叠收合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷,其特征在于:若干所述百叶板的百叶芯轴上设置固绳座,若干所述固绳座之间连接有堆叠绳。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷,其特征在于:驱动座设置于若干所述百叶板中的任意一块上,百叶板还设有交叉链单元,若干百叶板之间的交叉链单元相互铰接形成交叉链,所述交叉链单元包括呈“X”形的两条联动板,同一交叉链单元中的两条联动板交叉部位与百叶芯轴铰接配合,相邻两个交叉链单元中的两条联动板对应铰接配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种百叶独立翻转开合且可伸缩叠放的户外百叶篷,其特征在于:当若干所述百叶板通过翻转传动机构带动翻转打开至任意角度时,所述伸缩传动机构可带动若干所述百叶板实现叠合。
