Abstract
L'invention concerne un emballage mobile pour le traitement primaire de pétrole et est conçue pour empêcher la combustion de pétrole et pour préserver l'environnement, en tenant compte des préoccupations du ministère du pétrole pour empêcher la combustion de pétrole dans des puits. Ce dispositif comprend divers équipements nécessaires au traitement de pétrole au niveau de la tête de puits, tels que des séparateurs, des dessableurs, des détartreurs, des réservoirs tampon, des pompes de transfert de pétrole, des systèmes de collecte de données, des laboratoires, des pompes d'injection de produits chimiques, des unités d'alimentation en air, des capsules génératrices d'azote, des générateurs d'énergie, etc. Il est déployé au niveau de la tête de puits pour diverses opérations de forage, de production et de maintenance. Le pétrole impur et contaminé est purifié et raffiné après avoir traversé ce dispositif et est pompé vers des usines et des stations de fonctionnement par l'intermédiaire de pipelines. En l'absence de ce dispositif, du pétrole contaminé provenant d'opérations de forage, de production et de maintenance doit être brûlé, ce qui conduit à des problèmes environnementaux et à des pertes économiques importantes pour le pays.
