Definitions
- the present invention relates to exercise equipment. More specifically, it relates to exercise equipment that allows a user to sit with their knees extended and bend their feet toward the user with their ankles as an axis.
- the exercise equipment of the prior art adopts the method in which the user sits with his knees straight, pulls the handle, and bends his feet toward his body with his ankles as the axis.
- This method is known to be more efficient than placing his feet on the floor and pulling the handle. At this time, it is important to raise his feet as high as possible and bend his ankles to maximize the stretching of the muscles at the back of his legs.
- this exercise method has the problem that the maximum stretching height is limited depending on the user's physical strength and muscle power, and therefore is not suitable for all users.
- conventional exercise equipment has a limitation in that it is difficult to maintain tension in the muscles at the back of the legs because the upper body tends to lean back when the user pulls the handle. This causes a problem of reducing the muscle stretching effect when the ankle is bent as much as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new method that can prevent the upper body from leaning back and improve the exercise effect.
- the present invention has been developed to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an ankle-bending exercise machine formed with a floor that can adjust the height of the feet to suit each user according to the height at which each user can raise his or her feet relative to a fixed floor.
- the purpose of the present invention is to provide an ankle-bending exercise machine that increases efficiency by allowing the user to support the back by appropriately adjusting the position according to the height or physical condition of each user when operating the exercise machine, so that the effect of raising the feet is offset when the upper body is leaned back when operating the exercise machine by raising the feet to a higher height.
- an ankle-breaking exercise device has the following configuration.
- a moving part (1) having a moving axis (6) formed in an up-down direction, a rotating axis (3) provided at the upper end of the moving axis (6), and a heel sole (7) extended from the moving axis toward the bottom part (11) to support the user's foot when in use;
- It has a foot plate (4) whose one end is connected to the above-mentioned rotation axis (3) and rotates around the above-mentioned rotation axis (3).
- the fixed part (2) further includes a vertical adjustment part (12) that acts on the lower part of the moving shaft (6) to adjust the height of the moving shaft (6) up and down, and a fixed support (9) that supports the moving shaft (6).
- the above moving part (1) is positioned so that the vertical movement does not interfere with the floor part (11).
- the exercise device according to the present invention can be used by rotating the foot plate (4) around the rotation axis (3) while adjusting the height of the heel sole (7) using the upper and lower adjustment part (12) to the maximum height allowed by the muscles on the back of the leg.
- a handle (5) may be further provided at the other end of the footrest (4) and extended by being bent at a predetermined angle toward the floor (11) based on the footrest (4), or a separate motor and controller for electrically rotating the footrest (40) may be further provided.
- a backrest (13) that supports the user's upper body is provided at the opposite end of the moving part (1) of the floor part (11).
- a floor adjustment part (14) that adjusts the distance between the moving axis (6) and the backrest (13) by adjusting the length of the floor part (11) may be further provided.
- a backrest adjustment part (15) for adjusting the distance between the moving axis (6) and the backrest (13) may be provided.
- a motor may be further provided to electrically drive the upper and lower adjustment unit (12) to adjust the upper and lower height of the moving shaft (6).
- the maximum effect of ankle bending could be achieved by raising the foot to the maximum height allowed by the muscles at the back of the foot and bending the ankle when the muscles at the back of the leg were maximally stretched.
- the problem was that the maximum height to which the foot could be raised while sitting and straightening the foot varied depending on the user, and thus the exercise equipment had a problem in that it was impossible to limit the maximum height to which the foot could be raised.
- the maximum height at which a user can sit and straighten their legs can be adjusted, thereby increasing the effect of exercise.
- the backrest can be adjusted to fit the user's back according to their physical condition, including their height, thereby preventing the upper body from leaning back, thereby achieving the maximum stretching effect.
