Abstract

Изобретение относится к устройствам привода с бесступенчатым изменением оборотов и направления вращения выходного вала. Бесступенчатая коробка передач включает в себя первичный вал, вариатор, трехзвенный планетарный механизм и выходной вал. Вариатор состоит из связанных ремнем ведущего шкива и ведомого шкива. Бесступенчатая коробка передач дополнительно включает в себя фрикционно-зубчатую муфту, выполненную с возможностью соединять и разъединять первичный вал и первую шестерню, связанную с первым и вторым зубчатыми колесами. Бесступенчатая коробка передач также дополнительно включает зубчатую муфту, выполненную с возможностью соединять и разъединять ведущий шкив вариатора и второе зубчатое колесо. Первое зубчатое колесо связано с водилом планетарного механизма. Эпицикл планетарного механизма связан с ведомым шкивом вариатора, а сателлиты планетарного механизма связаны с солнечной шестерней, которая связана с последовательно связанными выходным валом, второй шестерней и третьим зубчатым колесом. Достигается упрощение конструкции бесступенчатой коробки передач и повышение ее надежности.
