Abstract

The present disclosure provides methods and systems for abnormality analysis and explanation. The methods and systems include: receiving a plurality of images of tissue for a patient, applying the plurality of images to a first artificial intelligence (Al) model to obtain a score for a region of interest on a first image, applying the first image and the score for the region of interest on the first image to a second Al model to obtain a probability output, converting the probability output to an explanation text, and providing a report including the explanation text for the region of interest on the first image for tire patient.
