Abstract

Est proposé un procédé d'enregistrement de données osseuses dans un os qui consiste à enregistrer des emplacements d'élément de suivi. L'élément de suivi est associé à l'os tandis que l'os est entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe. L'axe de rotation est déterminé à l'aide des emplacements enregistrés. Les données osseuses sont enregistrées dans l'os et comprennent un point de repère osseux situé à un emplacement pouvant être déterminé ou prédéterminé par rapport aux données osseuses, un alignement approximatif du point de repère osseux avec l'axe déterminé étant utilisé pour l'enregistrement. Un système servant à effectuer l'enregistrement est également proposé. Le système comprend un système de suivi pour suivre des emplacements d'un élément de suivi, l'élément de suivi étant configuré pour être fixé à un os. Un ordinateur doté d'un processeur est inclus et configuré pour effectuer les étapes de calcul du procédé.
