Abstract

L'invention concerne un bouchon avec valve, consistant en un bouchon fileté présentant un trou rond au centre laissant apparaître une partie d'une valve de gonflage de ballons de silicone ou de gomme, par laquelle on introduit une aiguille adaptée pour remplir de pression atmosphérique l'espace intérieur d'un conditionnement à l'aide d'une pompe, d'un compresseur ou d'un autre dispositif. Le bouchon permet de fixer fermement la valve sur le conditionnement en la poussant contre celui-ci et en la vissant sur l'embouchure du conditionnement à cet effet, l'espace intérieur pouvant alors être fermé de façon hermétique aux fuites et rempli de la pression atmosphérique positive souhaitée. L'invention permet de simplifier l'opération d'injection de pression dans des dispositifs de pulvérisation et d'aérosol rechargeables étant donné qu'elle ne requiert pas de système complexe pour l'adaptation d'une valve Schrader ou Presta. En outre, il n'est pas nécessaire d'enlever la partie de la valve d'aérosol pour ajouter le liquide, puis de remettre la valve d'aérosol pour injecter l'air à travers celle-ci au moyen d'un système complexe comme le proposent certaines solutions de l'état de la technique. Le bouchon se trouve à un emplacement différent de la valve d'aérosol et présente une forme plane et une petite taille, ce qui optimise l'ergonomie et la praticité du dispositif. En outre, il ne requiert pas l'utilisation de valves Schrader, grandes et encombrantes, d'où un système de pulvérisation simplifié dans sa conception. Ledit bouchon offre des améliorations en termes d'ergonomie, de conception et de fonction, son retrait étant très facile, ce qui permet d'effectuer un remplissage de liquide et/ou un changement ou un nettoyage de la valve de silicone lorsqu'elle commence à laisser passer l'air ou en cas de salissures provoquées par contact avec le fluide de l'espace intérieur.
