本发明涉及包装盒技术领域,特别涉及一种包装保护盒。
眼镜镜片是通过对眼科镜片进行切边或修边而获得的。切边操作前的眼科镜片具有与其光学表面相平行的标准尺寸。在眼科镜片的加工行业中,镜片加工后的包装运输一直是困扰业界的一个问题,因为眼镜片是一种非常容易磨损的产品,特别是现在大多是树脂镜片,如果稍有磨损,就会影响其精度,影响使用效果。目前对镜片的包装保护方法分为两种,一种是采用保护膜对镜片的两侧进行覆膜(或使用包装袋),另一种采用包装盒进行包装。
专利公告号CN 201472838 U,公开了镜片包装袋,所述的包装袋包括一包装外袋, 一衬层, 衬层包覆在镜片外一并置于包装外装中,包装外袋抽真空密封后形成一封闭袋体。该产品采用密封包装袋的形式,对镜片进行包装保护,不易磨损,且可以起到防尘作用,但是无法对镜片起到支撑保护作用,镜片在运输过程中,堆叠产生的压力同样是造成镜片损坏的重要原因之一。
专利公告号CN 101657363 B,公开了一种适合容纳眼科镜片的包装,其中,所述眼科镜片具有预定周边缘,所述包装包括:-盒子,其本身含有底部;用于开启和关闭的盖子,其中,当所述盒子关闭时,所述盖子大体上与所述底部平行;以及至少一个侧壁元件,该侧壁元件界定所述盒子底部和盖子间的内高;-支架,其适合通过所述镜片的周边缘来支撑所述镜片。当所述盖子关闭时,所述盒子和所述支架的尺寸适于使所述盒子能够把带有所述镜片的支架容纳在固定位置上。在所述位置上,所述镜片的凸表面朝向所述盖子。另外,为了把所述支架固定在所述关闭的盒子中,所述被容纳在关闭的盒子中的支架的高度等于所述盒子的内高。该专利采用包装盒和支架组合的方式对镜片进行固定,通过盒盖关闭时对支架的机械压力致使支架柔韧部变形达到对镜片的定位作用,虽然可对镜片起到保护作用,但是结构复杂、成本较高,而且支架柔韧部受力变形同样会对镜片本身产生压力,不利于镜片的长期保存。
专利公告号CN 100429125C,公开了一种适于包装一个圆形轮廓的物品如一个玻璃镜片的保护和固定包装,这种包装包括:—一个底壁;—二个箱体,每个箱体包括一个外侧壁和一个内侧壁,内侧壁包括一个开口,用于至少部分插入物品,每个箱体通过一个饺链连接分别沿着二个相对边与底壁连接,每个箱体可以处于一个折叠位置和一个抬高位置,外侧壁在折叠位置延伸在底壁的延长线中,在抬高位置相对底壁直立;-二个翻翻折部分,每个翻翻折部分通过一个饺链连接分别沿二个相对并与箱体相邻的边缘中的一个边缘与底壁连接,每个翻翻折部分可以处于一个折叠位置和一个抬高位置,翻翻折部分在折叠位置延伸在底壁的延长线中,在抬高位置相对底壁直立,贴靠箱体的纵向端;一使箱体和翻翻折部分保持抬高位置的装置。该产品采用包装盒自身的结构对镜片限位,不仅能防止镜片磨损,而且保护盒本身较轻,且具有支撑作用,可对镜片起到支撑保护作用,但是该产品是将镜片从侧边放入,开口空间较小,无法准确看到保护盒内部的支撑部位,镜片放入困难,操作不便,耗费时间。
鉴于眼镜镜片对包装的必需性,以及针对以上产品存在的技术问题,本发明结合镜片自身的特征提出一种包装保护盒,用于对眼镜镜片或其他圆形物体进行包装保护,既可以防磨损、防尘,支撑效果好、不易滑动,而且镜片拿取操作简单,省时省力。
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种包装保护盒,其结构简单合理,方便推广。
一种包装保护盒,包括盒底、用于放置物品的支撑件、以及用于开启或关闭的盒盖,所述盒底的一端通过前壁与所述支撑件连接,所述盒底的另一端通过后壁与所述盒盖连接,其中所述前壁和所述后壁相对设置;
所述盒底与所述前壁相邻的两侧分别连接有第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述支撑件与所述前壁相邻的两侧设置有第三侧壁和第四侧壁,所述盒盖远离所述后壁的一侧连接有第一插舌,所述盒盖与所述第一插舌相邻的两端分别设有第二插舌和第三插舌;
所述支撑件与所述前壁相邻的一侧设有用于插接所述第一插舌的第一插口,所述支撑件与所述第一插口相邻的两侧分别设有第二插口和第三插口;所述支撑件通过第一槽缝分隔为左侧部和右侧部,其中左侧部内设有第一弧槽,所述右侧部内设有第二弧槽,所述第一弧槽的两侧设有第一折痕线,所述左侧部沿所述第一折痕线向下翻折,所述第二弧形槽的两侧设有第二折痕线,所述右侧部沿所述第二折痕线向下翻折。
作为优选的,所述第一弧槽包括圆弧一、直线一、圆弧二和直线二,其中所述圆弧一的曲率大于所述圆弧二的曲率。
作为优选的, 所述第一侧壁包括依次连接的侧板一、侧板二和侧板三,其中所述侧板一和所述侧板二长度相等、侧板一的宽度大于所述侧板二的宽度,所述侧板二的宽度是所述前壁宽度的一半,所述侧板三和侧板二之间设有第九折痕线;所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁呈镜像对称设置,所述第三侧壁、第四侧壁和所述第一侧壁、第二侧壁呈线性阵列设置;
所述前壁与所述盒底相邻的两侧设有第五侧壁和第六侧壁,所述后壁与所述盒底相邻的两侧设有第七侧壁和第八侧壁,所述第五侧壁靠近所述第三侧壁的一侧呈45°角,所述第五侧壁和所述第六侧壁呈镜像对称设置,所述第五侧壁、第六侧壁和所述第七侧壁、第八侧壁呈线性阵列设置。
作为优选的,所述盒盖的边缘处设有第三折痕线,所述后壁的边缘处设有第四折痕线,所述盒底的边缘处设有第五折痕线,所述前壁的边缘处设有第六折痕线,所述支撑件的边缘处设有第七折痕线;所述前壁和所述后壁沿折痕翻折后呈直立状,所述盒底为水平状位于底部,所述支撑件为水平状位于所述盒底的上方,所述盒盖沿所述第四折痕线翻折后覆盖于所述支撑件上,并将所述第一插舌、第二插舌、第三插舌分别扣于所述第一插口、第二插口和第三插口内。
作为优选的,所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁呈交叉状设置,即所述第一侧壁的侧板一位于所述第三侧壁的内侧,所述侧板二位于所述第三侧壁的外侧;所述第五侧壁靠近所述第一侧壁的一侧位于外侧、远离所述第一侧壁的一侧位于所述第三侧壁的内侧,形成交叉状固定。
作为优选的,所述支撑件远离所述前壁的一侧还连接有搭接件;所述支撑件和所述搭接件之间设有第八折痕线。
作为优选的,所述盒底、所述支撑件和所述盒盖的外边缘尺寸相等,所述盒底为正方形或矩形。
作为优选的,本产品一体成型。
一种包装保护盒的应用,使用上述包装保护盒,用于包装圆形产品,所述圆形产品放置于所述支撑件的第一弧槽和第二弧槽内。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明包装保护盒,采用一体成型的包装纸板,设计成内部具有支撑腔的包装结构,支撑腔具有支撑和固定作用;
用于放置镜片等圆弧形产品,既可以起到防尘、放磨损作用,而且内部支撑腔可减少镜片受力,防止产品堆叠造成压力性损坏;
包装和取用方便,本发明采用上翻打开的盒盖的形式,可轻松、方便、快捷的放入和取用镜片,避免了侧面放入镜片造成的空间狭窄和视野盲区等问题;
折叠方式简单、实用,可快速拆装。

如附图所示,一种包装保护盒,包括盒底100、用于放置物品的支撑件200、以及用于开启或关闭的盒盖300,盒底100的一端通过前壁400与支撑件200连接,盒底100的另一端通过后壁500与盒盖300连接,其中前壁400和后壁500相对设置;
盒底100与前壁400相邻的两侧分别连接有第一侧壁101和第二侧壁102,支撑件200与前壁400相邻的两侧设置有第三侧壁201和第四侧壁202,盒盖300远离后壁500的一侧连接有插舌第一插舌301,盒盖300与第一插舌301相邻的两端分别设有第二插舌305和第三插舌306;
第一侧壁101包括依次连接的侧板一111、侧板二112和侧板三113,其中侧板一111和侧板二112长度相等、侧板一111的宽度大于侧板二112的宽度,侧板二112的宽度是前壁400宽度的一半,侧板三113和侧板二112之间设有第九折痕线;第一侧壁101和第二侧壁102呈镜像对称设置,第三侧壁201、第四侧壁202和第一侧壁101、第二侧壁102呈线性阵列设置;第一侧壁101和第三侧壁201呈交叉状设置,即第一侧壁101的侧板一111位于第三侧壁201的内侧,侧板二112位于第三侧壁201的外侧;第五侧壁401靠近第一侧壁101的一侧位于外侧、远离第一侧壁101的一侧位于第三侧壁201的内侧,形成交叉状固定。
前壁400与盒底100相邻的两侧设有第五侧壁401和第六侧壁402,后壁500与盒底100相邻的两侧设有第七侧壁501和第八侧壁502,第五侧壁401靠近第三侧壁201的一侧呈45°角,第五侧壁401和第六侧壁402呈镜像对称设置,第五侧壁401、第六侧壁402和第七侧壁501、第八侧壁502呈线性阵列设置。
盒盖300的边缘处设有第三折痕线302,后壁500的边缘处设有第四折痕线303,盒底100的边缘处设有第五折痕线503,前壁400的边缘处设有第六折痕线403,支撑件200的边缘处设有第七折痕线404;前壁400和后壁500沿折痕翻折后呈直立状,盒底100为水平状位于底部,支撑件200为水平状位于盒底100的上方,盒盖300沿第四折痕线303翻折后覆盖于支撑件200上,并将第一插舌301、第二插舌305、第三插舌306分别扣于第一插口203、第二插口204和第三插口内。
支撑件200与前壁400相邻的一侧设有用于插接第一插舌301的第一插口203,支撑件200与第一插口203相邻的两侧分别设有第二插口204和第三插口;支撑件200通过第一槽缝205分隔为左侧部和右侧部,其中左侧部内设有第一弧槽206,右侧部内设有第二弧槽207,第一弧槽206包括圆弧一、直线一、圆弧二和直线二,其中圆弧一的曲率大于圆弧二的曲率,第二弧槽207的尺寸小于第一弧槽206的尺寸,第一弧槽206的两侧设有第一折痕线208,左侧部沿第一折痕线208向下翻折,第二弧形槽的两侧设有第二折痕线209,右侧部沿第二折痕线209向下翻折。
支撑件200远离前壁400的一侧还连接有搭接件210;支撑件200和搭接件210之间设有第八折痕线211,折叠后,搭接件与盒盖部分重合。以上保护盒外侧的折叠完成。
第一弧槽和第二弧槽向下折叠后,中间形成支撑腔,用于放置镜片6镜片为现有设计,或放置其他待保护的圆形产品,第一折痕线208和第二折痕线209至第一槽缝205的距离相等、且与前壁400的宽度相等,镜片的厚度和直线一、直线二的长度相等,则左侧部和右侧部可实现对镜片的支撑固定,以上保护盒的内部折叠完成。放入镜片后,镜片放置于支撑件200的第一弧槽206和第二弧槽207内,将盒盖300沿第四折痕线303翻折后覆盖于支撑件200上,并将第一插舌301、第二插舌305、第三插舌306分别扣于第一插口203、第二插口204和第三插口内即可。
本发明盒底100、支撑件200和盒盖300的外边缘尺寸相等,盒底100为正方形或矩形,一体成型,适用于圆形物品或带有弧形边的无屏幕的固定、保护包装。
本发明包装保护盒,采用一体成型的包装纸板,设计成内部具有支撑腔的包装结构,支撑腔具有支撑和固定作用;用于放置镜片等圆弧形产品,既可以起到防尘、放磨损作用,而且内部支撑腔可减少镜片受力,防止产品堆叠造成压力性损坏;包装和取用方便,本发明采用上翻打开的盒盖的形式,可轻松、方便、快捷的放入和取用镜片,避免了侧面放入镜片造成的空间狭窄和视野盲区等问题;折叠方式简单、实用,可快速拆装。

- 一种包装保护盒,其特征在于,包括盒底(100)、用于放置物品的支撑件(200)、以及用于开启或关闭的盒盖(300),所述盒底(100)的一端通过前壁(400)与所述支撑件(200)连接,所述盒底(100)的另一端通过后壁(500)与所述盒盖(300)连接,其中所述前壁(400)和所述后壁(500)相对设置;所述盒底(100)与所述前壁(400)相邻的两侧分别连接有第一侧壁(101)和第二侧壁(102),所述支撑件(200)与所述前壁(400)相邻的两侧设置有第三侧壁(201)和第四侧壁(202),所述盒盖(300)远离所述后壁(500)的一侧连接有第一插舌(301),所述盒盖(300)与所述第一插舌(301)相邻的两端分别设有第二插舌(305)和第三插舌(306);所述支撑件(200)与所述前壁(400)相邻的一侧设有用于插接所述第一插舌(301)的第一插口(203),所述支撑件(200)与所述第一插口(203)相邻的两侧分别设有第二插口(204)和第三插口;所述支撑件(200)通过第一槽缝(205)分隔为左侧部和右侧部,其中左侧部内设有第一弧槽(206),所述右侧部内设有第二弧槽(207),所述第一弧槽(206)的两侧设有第一折痕线(208),所述左侧部沿所述第一折痕线(208)向下翻折,所述第二弧形槽的两侧设有第二折痕线(209),所述右侧部沿所述第二折痕线(209)向下翻折。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装保护盒,其特征在于:所述第一弧槽(206)包括圆弧一(212)、直线一(213)、圆弧二(214)和直线二(215),其中所述圆弧一(212)的曲率大于所述圆弧二(214)的曲率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装保护盒,其特征在于: 所述第一侧壁(101)包括依次连接的侧板一(111)、侧板二(112)和侧板三(113),其中所述侧板一(111)和所述侧板二(112)长度相等、侧板一(111)的宽度大于所述侧板二(112)的宽度,所述侧板二(112)的宽度是所述前壁(400)宽度的一半,所述侧板三(113)和侧板二(112)之间设有第九折痕线;所述第一侧壁(101)和所述第二侧壁(102)呈镜像对称设置,所述第三侧壁(201)、第四侧壁(202)和所述第一侧壁(101)、第二侧壁(102)呈线性阵列设置;所述前壁(400)与所述盒底(100)相邻的两侧设有第五侧壁(401)和第六侧壁(402),所述后壁(500)与所述盒底(100)相邻的两侧设有第七侧壁(501)和第八侧壁(502),所述第五侧壁(401)靠近所述第三侧壁(201)的一侧呈45°角,所述第五侧壁(401)和所述第六侧壁(402)呈镜像对称设置,所述第五侧壁(401)、第六侧壁(402)和所述第七侧壁(501)、第八侧壁(502)呈线性阵列设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种包装保护盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(300)的边缘处设有第三折痕线(302),所述后壁(500)的边缘处设有第四折痕线(303),所述盒底(100)的边缘处设有第五折痕线(503),所述前壁(400)的边缘处设有第六折痕线(403),所述支撑件(200)的边缘处设有第七折痕线(404);所述前壁(400)和所述后壁(500)沿折痕翻折后呈直立状,所述盒底(100)为水平状位于底部,所述支撑件(200)为水平状位于所述盒底(100)的上方,所述盒盖(300)沿所述第四折痕线(303)翻折后覆盖于所述支撑件(200)上,并将所述第一插舌(301)、第二插舌(305)、第三插舌(306)分别扣于所述第一插口(203)、第二插口(204)和第三插口内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种包装保护盒,其特征在于:所述第一侧壁(101)和所述第三侧壁(201)呈交叉状设置,即所述第一侧壁(101)的侧板一(111)位于所述第三侧壁(201)的内侧,所述侧板二(112)位于所述第三侧壁(201)的外侧;所述第五侧壁(401)靠近所述第一侧壁(101)的一侧位于外侧、远离所述第一侧壁(101)的一侧位于所述第三侧壁(201)的内侧,形成交叉状固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装保护盒,其特征在于:所述支撑件(200)远离所述前壁(400)的一侧还连接有搭接件(210);所述支撑件(200)和所述搭接件(210)之间设有第八折痕线(211)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装保护盒,其特征在于:所述盒底(100)、所述支撑件(200)和所述盒盖(300)的外边缘尺寸相等,所述盒底(100)为正方形或矩形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装保护盒,其特征在于:本产品一体成型。
- 一种包装保护盒的应用,其特征在于:使用权利要求1-7任意一项包装保护盒,用于包装圆形产品,所述圆形产品放置于所述支撑件(200)的第一弧槽(206)和第二弧槽(207)内。
