Abstract

提供一种证件卡片防护壳，包括配合安装在一起的上壳体（1）和下壳体（2），且上壳体（1）与下壳体（2）内侧置放有证件卡片，所述下壳体（2）内壁上固定设置有若干个挤压条（3），证件卡片夹设在上壳体（1）和各挤压条（3）之间；所述上壳体（1）、下壳体（2）和各挤压条（3）分别为柔性固体结构。与现有技术相比的优点在于：在使用时，由于上壳体（1）、下壳体（2）和各挤压条（3）都为柔性固体结构，且证件卡片置放到上壳体（1）和下壳体（2）之间后，还能被有效的挤压固定住，因此在有效防护证件卡片的同时，还能有效防止证件卡片和保护壳之间因摩擦而带来磨损问题；在使用时，不但能够储放证件卡片，还能储放照片等物品，实用性更强。

Description

一种证件卡片防护壳 技术领域
本发明涉及证件卡片防护技术领域，具体是指一种证件卡片防护壳。
 背景技术
在现有技术中，评级证件卡片一般通过置放于保护壳内来进行有效的防护。然而，现有的防护壳产品都是硬塑料材质的，在携带时，证件卡片容易和保护壳的硬塑料碰撞摩擦，时间久后就出现一些摩擦后带来的磨损，比如证件卡片或者保护壳出现变白变黑的情况。
在此，为了结局上述问题，我们提出了一种证件卡片防护壳。
 技术解决方案
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术困难，提供一种证件卡片防护壳。在防护证件卡片的同时，还能有效防止证件卡片和保护壳之间因摩擦而带来磨损问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：
一种证件卡片防护壳，包括配合安装在一起的上壳体和下壳体，且上壳体与下壳体内侧置放有证件卡片，所述下壳体内壁上固定设置有若干个挤压条，证件卡片夹设在上壳体和各挤压条之间；
所述上壳体、下壳体和各挤压条分别为柔性固体结构。
作为改进，所述下壳体和下壳体分别为方槽形结构，且上壳体扣合在下壳体内，上壳体的四周侧面分别与下壳体的四周内壁面之间形成摩擦连接。使得上壳体与下壳体能够装配到一起。
作为改进，所述挤压条设置有四条，且分别与下壳体的四周侧边相平行，下壳体内底部预留有四个条形凹槽，各挤压条的底部分别置放于各条形凹槽内，且与条形凹槽内壁之间粘合连接。证件卡片置放于上壳体与下壳体之间后，通过挤压条的挤压作用能够牢固的被固定在上壳体与下壳体之间，不易出现证件卡片因活动而被摩擦的情况。
作为改进，所述上壳体内底部一体成型设置有隔板条，隔板条将上壳体的内腔分隔成左右两部分，且左部分的上壳体内腔内设有凸起部，凸起部由下壳体内底部向上一体成型延伸而成。左部分的上壳体内腔内用于置放照片等，右部分的上壳体内腔内则用于置放证件卡片。
 有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：
1、本新型在使用时，由于上壳体、下壳体和各挤压条都为柔性固体结构，且证件卡片置放到上壳体和下壳体之间后，还能被有效的挤压固定住，因此本新型在有效防护证件卡片的同时，还能有效防止证件卡片和保护壳之间因摩擦而带来磨损问题。
2、本新型在使用时，不但能够储放证件卡片，还能出储放照片等物品，实用性更强。

实施例
一种证件卡片防护壳，包括配合安装在一起的上壳体1和下壳体2，且上壳体1与下壳体2内侧置放有证件卡片。具体的：
所述下壳体2和下壳体2分别为方槽形结构，且上壳体1扣合在下壳体2内，上壳体1的四周侧面分别与下壳体2的四周内壁面之间形成摩擦连接；所述上壳体1内底部一体成型设置有隔板条9，隔板条9将上壳体1的内腔分隔成左右两部分，且左部分的上壳体1内腔内设有凸起部10，凸起部10由下壳体2内底部向上一体成型延伸而成。
所述下壳体2内壁上固定设置有四条挤压条3，各挤压条3分别与下壳体2的四周侧边相平行，下壳体2内底部预留有四个条形凹槽4，各挤压条3的底部分别置放于各条形凹槽4内，且与条形凹槽4内壁之间粘合连接；证件卡片置放在右部分的上壳体1内腔内，且夹设在上壳体1和各挤压条3之间。
所述上壳体1、下壳体2和各挤压条3分别为硅胶结构，挤压条3为TPU或TPE材质的硅胶软胶。
实施例
在上述实施例的基础上，所述条形凹槽4内底部一体成型设置有定位条一5，所述挤压条3下侧预留有与定位条一5相配合的定位槽一6。
实施例
区别于实施例2，所述挤压条3上侧面上预留有条形的定位槽二7，所述上壳体1内壁上一体成型设置有四个分别与各定位槽二7相配合的定位条二8。

  1. 一种证件卡片防护壳，包括配合安装在一起的上壳体（1）和下壳体（2），且上壳体（1）与下壳体（2）内侧置放有证件卡片，其特征在于：所述下壳体（2）内壁上固定设置有若干个挤压条（3），证件卡片夹设在上壳体（1）和各挤压条（3）之间；
    所述上壳体（1）、下壳体（2）和各挤压条（3）分别为柔性固体结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种证件卡片防护壳，其特征在于：所述下壳体（2）和下壳体（2）分别为方槽形结构，且上壳体（1）扣合在下壳体（2）内，上壳体（1）的四周侧面分别与下壳体（2）的四周内壁面之间形成摩擦连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种证件卡片防护壳，其特征在于：所述挤压条（3）设置有四条，且分别与下壳体（2）的四周侧边相平行，下壳体（2）内底部预留有四个条形凹槽（4），各挤压条（3）的底部分别置放于各条形凹槽（4）内，且与条形凹槽（4）内壁之间粘合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种证件卡片防护壳，其特征在于：所述条形凹槽（4）内底部一体成型设置有定位条一（5），所述挤压条（3）下侧预留有与定位条一（5）相配合的定位槽一（6）。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种证件卡片防护壳，其特征在于：所述挤压条（3）上侧面上预留有条形的定位槽二（7），所述上壳体（1）内壁上一体成型设置有四个分别与各定位槽二（7）相配合的定位条二（8）。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种证件卡片防护壳，其特征在于：所述上壳体（1）内底部一体成型设置有隔板条（9），隔板条（9）将上壳体（1）的内腔分隔成左右两部分，且左部分的上壳体（1）内腔内设有凸起部（10），凸起部（10）由下壳体（2）内底部向上一体成型延伸而成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种证件卡片防护壳，其特征在于：所述上壳体（1）、下壳体（2）和各挤压条（3）分别为硅胶结构。
