Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne une cellule hôte microbienne génétiquement modifiée exprimant un ou plusieurs gènes hétérologues codant pour une bêta-lactoglobuline modifiée (BLG), produisant ainsi ladite BLG modifiée, la BLG modifiée comprenant au moins une substitution d'un acide aminé non essentiel et/ou non ramifié avec un acide aminé essentiel et/ou ramifié par rapport à une BLG non modifiée parente.
