Description

신발 깔창
본 발명은 신발 깔창에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 발가락이 지면을 움켜질 수 있도록 하여 지면에 대한 지지력 향상과 함께 안정성과 전방 진행력이 향상될 수 있도록 하는 한편, 땀 흡수 및 통풍을 통한 신발의 편안한 착용이 가능하도록 하기 위한 신발 깔창에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 발은 신체 중 가장 많이 움직이면서 체중을 지탱하며, 발바닥에는 신체의 장기와 연결되는 각종 신경이 집중되어 있다.
따라서, 건강을 위해서는 발이 건강하고 피로하지 않는 것이 중요하며, 발만 잘 관리해도 혈액순환이 촉진되고 노폐물 배출이 원활해지는 등 건강을 증진시킬 수 있다고 알려져 있다.
이러한 발의 건강을 위해서는 무엇보다 건강에 도움이 되는 적절한 신발을 착용하는 것이 중요하며, 건강에 도움을 주는 신발의 핵심적인 부분은 발바닥과 직접 접하는 신발 깔창이라 할 수 있다.
이러한 신발 깔창은 신발의 내부로 끼워져 사용자에게 쿠션감을 제공하는 것으로서, 통상 신발 내부의 바닥면 모양으로 형성된다.
그러나, 종래의 신발 깔창은 발바닥과 접하는 상면이 평평한 형상을 이루면서 발이 외측방향으로 쏠리거나 비틀리는 등의 현상이 발생되면서 족저근막염이나 무지외반증 등이 발생될 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 보행시 깔창과 신발 사이에서 미끄러짐 등이 발생되면서 안정된 지지력을 기대하기 어려운 문제점이 있다.
특히, 발바닥의 아치는 지면 상에 발이 착지할 때, 인체로 전해지는 충격을 흡수 및 분산하고 발이 지면으로부터 떨어지는 순간에는 곧바로 반발 탄성 상태를 이루게 되는데 종래의 신발 깔창은 발바닥의 아치를 안정적으로 지지하지 못하는 문제점이 있다.

본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 발가락이 지면을 움켜질 수 있도록 하여 지면에 대한 지지력 향상과 함께 안정성과 전방 진행력이 향상될 수 있도록 하는 한편, 땀 흡수 및 통풍을 통한 신발의 편안한 착용이 가능하도록 하기 위한 신발 깔창을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 해결하고자 하는 과제는 이상에서 언급된 것들에 한정되지 않으며, 언급되지 아니한 다른 해결과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해되어 질 수 있을 것이다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 전후 방향으로 연장 형성되는 발바닥 안착판; 및 상기 발바닥 안착판의 전단부로부터 전방으로 돌출 형성되면서 상기 발바닥 안착판의 상부면보다 하측에 위치되는 발가락 안착판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 상기 발바닥 안착판은 하부면 중앙부 일측에 홈부가 형성되며, 상기 홈부는 일측으로부터 타측 방향으로 갈수록 전후 폭이 좁아지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 상기 발바닥 안착판은 상기 홈부를 이루는 상부면에 양측 방향으로 연장 형성되는 접이홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 양단부가 좌우 방향으로 연장 형성되면서 후면부가 상기 발가닥 안착판의 전단부에 고정되고 전면부에 내부와 연통되는 통풍공이 길이방향을 따라 복수 형성되는 완충관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 완충관의 내측으로 수용되는 완충수단을 더 포함하며, 상기 완충수단은 다수의 완충볼; 및 상기 다수의 완충볼을 연결하는 연결줄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 상기 완충볼은 스펀지로 이루어지고, 상기 완충수단은 상기 다수의 완충볼의 이웃하는 완충볼과 완충볼 사이에 위치되도록 상기 연결줄의 외측으로 결합되는 플렉시블관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 상기 완충볼은 내부에 빈공간이 형성되고, 일측에 내부와 연통되는 절개선이 형성되며, 상기 완충수단은 상기 절개선을 통해 상기 완충볼의 내부로 삽입되는 습기제거제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 발가락이 지면을 움켜질 수 있도록 함으로써 지면에 대한 지지력 향상과 함께 안정성과 전방 진행력이 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 땀 흡수 및 통풍을 통한 신발의 편안한 착용이 가능하도록 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 효과는 이상에서 언급된 것들에 한정되지 않으며, 언급되지 아니한 다른 해결과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해되어 질 수 있을 것이다.

이하, 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하여 보면, 본 발명에 따른 신발 깔창(100)은 전후 방향으로 연장 형성되는 발바닥 안착판(110) 및 발바닥 안착판(110)의 전단부로부터 전방으로 돌출 형성되되, 발바닥 안착판(110)의 상부면보다 하측에 위치되는 발가락 안착판(120)을 포함할 수 있다.
신발 깔창(100)은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 구두, 운동화 등을 포함하는 신발의 내부 바닥면으로 안착되면서 신발을 착용한 착용자(이하 "착용자"라 한다)의 발을 지지할 수 있다.
신발 깔창(100)은 신발의 내부 모양의 형태를 이룰 수 있다.
발바닥 안착판(110)은 고무 등을 포함하는 쿠션 재질로 이루어질 수 있으며, 양단부가 전후 방향으로 연장 형성되면서 상부면으로 착용자의 발가락을 제외한 발바닥이 안착될 수 있다.
발가락 안착판(120)은 발바닥 안착판(110)과 동일 재질로 이루어져 발바닥 안착판(110)과 일체를 이루면서 발바닥 안착판(110)의 전단부로부터 전방으로 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
발가락 안착판(120)은 발바닥 안착판(110)보다 하측에 위치되면서 착용자의 발가락이 안착되도록 할 수 있다.
발바닥 안착판(110)과 발가락 안착판(120)의 사이에는 발가락 안착판(120)이 발바닥 안착판(110)의 상부면보다 하측에 위치되면서 경계턱(A)이 형성될 수 있다.
이로 인해, 신발 깔창(100)은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 착용자가 발가락에 힘을 줌에 따라 발가닥 안착판(120)과 함께 경계턱(A)을 움켜쥐면서 지면에 대한 지지력 향상과 함께 안정성과 전방 진행력의 향상을 기대할 수 있다.
신발 깔창(100)은 착용자가 발가락에 힘을 줌에 따라 발바닥 안착판(110)의 중앙부가 상방향으로 돌출되며 자연스럽게 아치 형태를 이루기 때문에 착용자의 발바닥 아치 부분을 보다 안정적으로 지지할 수 있다.
발바닥 안착판(110)은 도 5 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 하부면 중앙부 일측에 홈부(111)가 형성될 수 있다.
홈부(111)는 착용자의 발바닥 아치 부분이 위치되는 곳에 형성될 수 있으며, 일측으로부터 타측으로 갈수록 전후 폭이 좁아지면서 상부에서 바라볼 때, 삼각 형태를 이룰 수 있다.
홈부(111)을 이루는 상부면에는 홈부(111)의 양측 방향으로 연장 형성되는 접이홈(112)이 형성될 수 있다.
접이홈(112)은 홈부(111)를 전후로 나누면서 발바닥 안착판(110)의 중앙부가 보다 쉽게 아치 형태를 이루도록 할 수 있다.
이에 따라 신발 깔창(100)은 보행시, 홈부(111)를 이루는 발바닥 안착판(110)의 중앙부 일측이 상방향으로 쉽게 돌출되면서 보다 자연스러운 아치 형태를 이루며 착용자의 발의 아치 부분을 지지할 수 있다.
신발 깔창(100)은 도 7 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 양단부가 좌우 방향으로 연장 형성되면서 후면부가 발바닥 안착판(110)의 전단부에 고정되며 착용자의 발가락과 접하는 완충관(130)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
완충관(130)은 종단면이 원형이나 사각형 등을 포함하는 다각형의 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
완충관(130)은 실리콘이나 고무 재질 등으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 양단부가 개방되면서 외력에 따른 수축과 외력 해제에 따른 이완 즉, 원상태로의 복원이 이루어질 수 있다.
완충관(130)은 경계턱(A)을 따라 고정되면서 엄지발가락을 포함한 5개의 발가락의 움직임에 쉽게 대처할 수 있다.
이로 인해, 완충관(130)은 착용자가 발가락에 힘을 주며 걸을 때, 수축,이완되면서 발가락으로 전달되는 충격 등을 완충할 수 있는 것은 물론, 발의 피로감 등을 줄일 수 있다.
완충관(130)은 전면부에 내부와 연통되는 통풍공(131)이 길이 방향을 따라 복수 형성될 수 있다.
통풍공(131)은 발가락 안착판(120)으로 공기가 흐를 수 있도록 하여 착용자의 발가락으로 공기가 전달되면서 땀 등으로 인한 습진이나 무좀 등이 발생되지 않도록 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.
신발 깔창(100)은 도 9 내지 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 완충관(130)의 내측으로 수용되는 완충수단(140)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
완충수단(140)은 다수의 완충볼(141) 및 다수의 완충볼(141)을 연결하는 연결줄(142)을 포함할 수 있다.
완충볼(141)은 다공성의 스펀지 등으로 이루어질 수 있다.
완충볼(141)은 스펀지 등으로 이루어지면서 발가락 안착판(120)으로의 통풍이 가능하도록 할 수 있는 것은 물론, 완충관(130)의 수축,이완이 보다 원활하게 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.
연결줄(142)은 실 등으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 완충볼(141)의 양측을 통과하면서 다수의 완충볼(141)을 연결할 수 있다.
완충볼(141)은 접착제 등에 의해 연결줄에 고정될 수 있다.
또는, 완충수단(140)은 이웃하는 완충볼(141)과 완충볼(141) 사이에 위치되도록 연결줄(142)의 외측으로 결합되는 플렉시블관(143)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 연결줄(142)의 양단부는 돌기를 이루도록 매듭지어지거나 별도의 이탈방지부재(미도시)가 마련되면서 양단부에 고정되는 완충볼(141)의 이탈을 방지할 수 있다. 또는, 연결줄(142)의 양단부에 고정되는 완충볼(141)은 접착제 등에 의해 연결줄(142)에 고정될 수도 있다.
플렉시블관(143)은 실리콘이나 고무재질 등으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 완충볼(141)과 완충볼(142) 사이에 위치되면서 다수의 완충볼(142)이 일정 간격으로 이격되도록 할 수 있다.
완충수단(140)은 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 완충볼(141)로 삽입되는 습기제거제(144)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
습기제거제(144)는 실리카겔 등으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 알갱이 형태로 완충볼(141)의 내부로 삽입될 수 있다.
이를 위해, 완충볼(141)은 내부에 빈공간이 형성되는 한편, 일측으로 내부와 연통되는 절개선(141a)이 형성될 수 있다.
습기제거제(144)는 절개선(141a)을 통해 완충볼(141)의 내부로 수용되면서 착용자의 발가락에서 발생되는 땀 등을 흡수하여 쾌적한 상태가 유지되도록 할 수 있다.
이로 인해, 신발 깔창(100)은 땀 흡수 및 통풍을 통한 신발의 편안한 착용이 가능하도록 할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 것은 본 발명에 따른 신발 깔창을 실시하기 위한 실시 예에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명은 상기한 실시 예에 한정되지 않고, 이하의 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 기술적 정신이 있다고 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 전후 방향으로 연장 형성되는 발바닥 안착판; 및
    상기 발바닥 안착판의 전단부로부터 전방으로 돌출 형성되면서 상기 발바닥 안착판의 상부면보다 하측에 위치되는 발가락 안착판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 발바닥 안착판은 하부면 중앙부 일측에 홈부가 형성되며,
    상기 홈부는 일측으로부터 타측 방향으로 갈수록 전후 폭이 좁아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 발바닥 안착판은 상기 홈부를 이루는 상부면에 양측 방향으로 연장 형성되는 접이홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창.
  4. 제 1항 내제 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    양단부가 좌우 방향으로 연장 형성되면서 후면부가 상기 발가닥 안착판의 전단부에 고정되고 전면부에 내부와 연통되는 통풍공이 길이방향을 따라 복수 형성되는 완충관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 완충관의 내측으로 수용되는 완충수단을 더 포함하며,
    상기 완충수단은
    다수의 완충볼; 및 상기 다수의 완충볼을 연결하는 연결줄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 완충볼은 스펀지로 이루어지고,
    상기 완충수단은 상기 다수의 완충볼의 이웃하는 완충볼과 완충볼 사이에 위치되도록 상기 연결줄의 외측으로 결합되는 플렉시블관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 완충볼은 내부에 빈공간이 형성되고, 일측에 내부와 연통되는 절개선이 형성되며,
    상기 완충수단은 상기 절개선을 통해 상기 완충볼의 내부로 삽입되는 습기제거제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 깔창.
