Abstract

L'invention concerne une charge multi-articulée pour agrafeuse chirurgicale endoscopique (à actionnement mécanique ou électrique) présentant un système de coupe de tissu intégré avec utilisation de champ électrique. Elle permet la réalisation de chirurgies par vidéo ou robot avec confection de lignes d'agrafage à courbure accentuée (impossibles à obtenir avec les dispositifs actuellement commercialisés) et cautérisation automatique du tissu sectionné, empêchant ainsi les saignements. Elle est idéale pour les chirurgies pulmonaires d'épargne du parenchyme et pour les patients à risque élevé de saignement. Le dispositif présente un concept structural totalement innovant inspiré de la nature par l'observation des centipèdes et des diplopodes. Le dispositif est très prometteur pour une utilisation dans des chirurgies par incision unique et des chirurgies par orifices naturels (NOTES).
