Abstract
La présente invention concerne un composé ciblant la phosphodiestérase subtype PDE4B ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et son procédé de préparation. La structure du composé est représentée par la formule I. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique comprenant le composé ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et son utilisation dans le traitement de maladies médiées par PDE4B de sous-type phosphodiestérase.
