Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition comprenant un peptide antimicrobien ayant une séquence de SEQ ID 1 et un actif naturel de telle sorte que la composition fournit une réduction de 5 log de bactéries en 1 minute. Dans ladite composition, l'actif naturel est choisi parmi l'acide gras à chaîne moyenne (6 à 12 atomes de carbone) et l'huile essentielle sélective comme l'eugénol et le citronellal à partir d'huile de girofle et d'huile de citronnelle respectivement.
