Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes, des procédés et des instrumentalités pour déterminer de manière dynamique un mode d'activation (p. ex. une modalité d'énergie et/ou un niveau d'énergie) d'un instrument chirurgical sur la base de données surveillées. L'instrument chirurgical peut être un dispositif à énergie combinée pouvant délivrer de l'énergie ultrasonore et de l'énergie de radiofréquence. L'instrument chirurgical peut surveiller des données associées à une intervention chirurgicale. L'instrument chirurgical peut sélectionner un mode d'activation parmi la pluralité de modes d'activation sur la base des données surveillées. L'instrument chirurgical peut délivrer de l'énergie d'une modalité d'énergie associée au mode d'activation sélectionné. Les données surveillées peuvent comprendre des données visuelles, des données électriques et/ou des données mécaniques.
