Abstract

L'invention concerne des composés promédicaments d'activateurs de benzimidazol-1,2-yl amide Kv7. En particulier, les composés promédicaments ont des propriétés améliorées pour une formulation stable pour le traitement de troubles associés à Kv7, y compris des troubles épileptiques. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques desdits composés promédicaments et des méthodes de traitement de troubles épileptiques comprenant le status epilepticus et autres.
