Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de stratifié d'élément optique utilisant un stratifié. Dans la présente invention, un stratifié comprend : un film fonctionnel qui a une première surface principale et une seconde surface principale et qui contient un colorant fonctionnel et une résine à base d'uréthane ; un premier élément de libération qui recouvre la première surface principale du film fonctionnel et qui peut être libéré du film fonctionnel ; et un second élément de libération qui recouvre la seconde surface principale du film fonctionnel et qui peut être libéré du film fonctionnel. Le stratifié peut éventuellement également être pourvu d'une couche de protection qui est située entre le film fonctionnel et le second élément de libération et qui est étroitement collée à la seconde surface principale du film fonctionnel. La résine à base d'uréthane comprend au moins une résine choisie dans le groupe constitué par les résines de polyuréthane, les résines de polyuréthane-urée, les résines de polythiouréthane et les résines de polythiouréthane-urée. Le procédé de fabrication consiste à : libérer le premier élément de libération du stratifié à partir de la première surface principale pour obtenir une première structure où la première surface principale est exposée ; et obtenir un stratifié d'élément optique par stratification de la première surface principale exposée sur une surface principale d'un élément de base d'élément optique qui a une surface principale incurvée et faire adhérer la première surface principale exposée à l'élément de base d'élément optique.
