Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif cryochirurgical intégré et un procédé de traitement qui rend l'application de cryogène à une lésion cutanée ciblée sur la surface de la peau pour un traitement plus efficace par l'utilisation d'une combinaison d'une pointe d'applicateur thermoconductrice, d'une liaison conductrice et d'un système de réservoir d'évaporation. La combinaison de la pointe d'applicateur thermoconductrice, de la liaison conductrice et du système de réservoir d'évaporation permet à la température de la pointe d'applicateur thermoconductrice d'être inférieure au point d'ébullition d'un gaz cryogénique utilisé avec le dispositif cryochirurgical intégré lorsqu'il est appliqué à une lésion cutanée ciblée par la chaleur de vaporisation et le refroidissement par évaporation.
