Abstract

L'invention concerne un document sécurisé (100) comprenant : un substrat (101) partiellement recouvert d'au moins deux régions, de préférence non superposées, par une couche supplémentaire ; une première couche à effet (104) constituée d'un matériau susceptible de se déformer sous l'influence d'une force de pression externe et réfléchissant la lumière, présentant un coefficient de réflectance à la lumière élevé, étant appliquée sur au moins une première région de substrat (106) ; et une seconde couche d'impression (103) constituée d'un matériau de revêtement réfléchissant, coloré et à viscosité élevée, modifiant le substrat (101), étant appliquée sur au moins une seconde région de substrat (107). Sur au moins la première région (106) du substrat, se trouve un premier élément de sécurité (102) qui est un élément optique gaufré (108) comportant une structure gaufrée réalisée par un procédé de gravure sous la forme d'une grille (400) de cellules (401), de préférence des cellules équilatérales, idéalement des cellules carrées ; une cellule unique (401) correspondant à un point unique du premier élément de sécurité (102) formant, avec les points restants de la grille, un premier élément de sécurité (102) portant des informations perceptible dans son ensemble ; et dans lesdites cellules (401) sont présentes des sous-images (403) formées par des lignes gaufrées convexes (402) parallèles aux autres lignes présentes dans la cellule, présentant une hauteur (h) prédéterminée par rapport à la surface du substrat (101) entre les lignes (402), modifiées avec un matériau susceptible de se déformer sous l'influence d'une force de pression externe et réfléchissant la lumière, présentant un coefficient de réflectance à la lumière élevé ; lesquelles lignes (402) dans chacune des cellules (401) de la grille (400) sont parallèles entre elles et l'angle d'inclinaison des lignes par rapport à l'axe de symétrie sélectionné, identique pour toutes les cellules, du premier élément de sécurité (102) défini dans le plan du substrat (101) est constant au sein de chacune des cellules (401) de la grille (400) et varie dans la plage de 1 à 180 ° ; et le nombre de lignes (402) dans chacune des cellules (401) de la grille (400) est supérieur ou égal à 3 et la distance maximale mesurée entre les points les plus éloignés de chacune des cellules (401) ne dépasse pas 1 mm, de préférence est inférieure à 0,7 mm, de préférence encore est inférieure à 0,5 mm et idéalement est inférieure à 0,1 mm.
