Abstract

L'invention concerne un poly-ARNm, comprenant une pluralité de structures d'ARNm. Chaque structure d'ARNm comprend : une région de coiffe à l'extrémité 5' ; et un cadre de lecture ouvert (ORF) codant pour un polypeptide. La pluralité de structures d'ARNm comprend une première structure d'ARNm et une seconde structure d'ARNm. L'extrémité 3' de la première structure d'ARNm est liée de manière covalente à la seconde structure d'ARNm.
