Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé robuste évolutif pour la production d'émulsions aqueuses finement divisées à partir de préparations contenant des polyorganosiloxanes et un ou plusieurs monomères organiques par homogénéisation à l'aide d'un homogénéisateur haute pression équipé d'une vanne d'homogénéisation, comprenant un siège de vanne plat (1) ayant une ouverture (A), un piston de vanne (2) et une bague d'impact (3), la bague d'impact (3) étant disposée sur le siège de vanne (1) et de manière symétrique en rotation autour de son ouverture (A) et un logement de vanne entourant le siège de vanne (1), le piston de vanne (2) et la bague d'impact (3), le piston de vanne ayant une conicité conique (2') qui fait saillie dans l'ouverture (A) du siège de vanne et le piston de vanne (2) et le siège de vanne (1) étant agencés de manière symétrique en rotation et de telle sorte qu'un étranglement radial soit développé entre eux et forme un espace d'homogénéisation (B), où l'homogénéisation a lieu sous pression, suivie du vieillissement de la préparation par stockage à une température de 15 à 28 °C pendant une période d'au moins 6 semaines et homogénéisation à nouveau.
