Abstract

La présente invention concerne des formulations de vaccin LNP à acide nucléique stable destinées à être administrées par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de microprojections dans lequel les microprojections sont conditionnées de manière dense et dans lesquelles les formulations de vaccin sont rapidement pulvérisées ou stratifiées sur les microprojections en quantités relativement faibles de sorte que les formulations sèches rapidement. La présente invention concerne en particulier des vaccins à ARN-LNP stabilisés asministrés par des patchs à microréseaux à haute densité (HD-MAP).
