Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés de préparation d'articles en plâtre et en particulier de plaques de plâtre qui sont préparées à partir d'une pâte de sulfate de calcium hémihydraté, d'eau et éventuellement d'autres additifs où, dans le procédé, la quantité de retardateurs de durcissement, qui sont ajoutés à la pâte de plâtre, est limitée à 0,006 % en poids ou moins par rapport au poids de sulfate de calcium hémihydraté et l'accélérateur de sulfate de calcium dihydraté est ajouté en tant que composition liquide au sulfate de calcium hémihydraté de telle sorte que l'accélérateur est exposé à un rapport maximal d'eau sur composants secs de 1 à 1,5. La prévention du contact de l'accélérateur avec de plus grandes quantités d'eau évite une perte d'activité de celui-ci due au vieillissement, et permet ainsi une réduction de la quantité de celui-ci et/ou de l'eau de traitement. La présente demande concerne en outre des procédés et des appareils pour la préparation de plaques de plâtre, des pâtes de plâtre correspondantes étant appliquées entre deux feuilles de recouvrement et une utilisation, où un accélérateur spécifique est utilisé pour la préparation de plaques de plâtre ayant un faible taux de retardateurs de durcissement pour ainsi fournir une résistance améliorée à l'arrachement des clous.
