Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de déploiement d'élément de fixation comprenant un élément de fixation et un outil. L'élément de fixation comprend une pluralité de surfaces latérales et une surface d'extrémité venant en butée contre chaque surface latérale de la pluralité de surfaces latérales. Chaque surface latérale de la pluralité de surfaces latérales est incurvée. L'outil comprend une tige et une partie de préhension s'étendant à partir de la tige, la partie de préhension comprenant une pluralité de surfaces tournées vers l'intérieur qui définissent une ouverture dans la partie de préhension. Lorsque la partie de préhension de l'instrument de maintien est avancée sur la tête de l'élément de fixation, chaque surface tournée vers l'intérieur de la pluralité de surfaces tournées vers l'intérieur présente un contour qui complète une surface latérale respective de la pluralité de surfaces latérales.
