Abstract

La divulgation concerne des méthodes de traitement d'une maladie de photorécepteurs et/ou d'inhibition de la dégénérescence ou de la mort de photorécepteurs. Les procédés consistent à administrer à un sujet qui en a besoin une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un inhibiteur de protéine kinase 11 activée par mitogène (MAPK11), d'un inhibiteur de caséine kinase 1 (CK1), ou de combinaisons de ceux-ci. La présente divulgation concerne également certains inhibiteurs de MAPK11 ou CK1 et des compositions pharmaceutiques qui contiennent de tels inhibiteurs.
