Abstract

L'invention concerne un anneau de levage de douille de table et un procédé de levage automatique d'une douille de table pendant le changement de trépan. Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'un train de tiges de forage et d'un raccord de trépan avec un échelon formé sur celui-ci, le positionnement d'un anneau de levage de douille de table sur l'échelon, l'anneau de levage comprenant une pluralité de brides s'étendant au-delà de l'échelon, l'abaissement du train de tiges de forage de sorte que la douille de table est reçue à l'intérieur d'une ouverture de plateau, la fourniture d'un mécanisme de manipulation de trépan automatisé pouvant coulisser entre une position d'attente pendant l'étape d'abaissement où le mécanisme n'est pas centré avec le trépan ou le tuyau et une position en prise dans laquelle le mécanisme de manipulation de trépan est centré avec le trépan ou le tuyau, la séparation de l'anneau de levage de la douille de table lorsque le train de tiges de forage est abaissé, la rétraction de celui-ci, et le levage de la douille de table hors de l'ouverture par mise en prise entre les brides d'anneau de levage et la douille de table.
