Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'hydrogène à partir de déchets, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à (a) fournir une charge d'alimentation F, ladite charge d'alimentation F comprenant des déchets, (b) convertir ladite charge d'alimentation F par une première réaction de pyrolyse dans un premier réacteur de pyrolyse PR1 en un produit de réaction RP1, ledit produit de réaction RP1 comprenant un courant de gaz GS, (c) séparer ledit courant de gaz GS dudit produit de réaction RP1 dans une unité de séparation de gaz SU, (d) facultativement fournir une co-charge d'alimentation gazeuse COF, et (e) convertir ledit courant de gaz GS et la co-charge d'alimentation gazeuse COF facultativement fournie à l'étape d) par une seconde réaction de pyrolyse dans un second réacteur de pyrolyse PR2 en hydrogène H et en carbone pyrolytique granulaire GPC, la seconde réaction de pyrolyse étant conduite dans un réacteur à lit mobile, un réacteur à lit fluidisé ou un réacteur à lit fixe. L'invention concerne également une installation chimique appropriée pour conduire ledit procédé.
