Abstract
Est divulgué un article en verre revêtu comprenant un substrat en verre, une couche intermédiaire de suppression de couleur déposée sur le substrat en verre, et un revêtement d'oxyde d'étain dopé au fluor déposé sur la couche intermédiaire de suppression de couleur. Le revêtement d'oxyde d'étain dopé au fluor est constitué d'au moins deux couches d'oxyde d'étain dopées au fluor, la couche d'oxyde d'étain dopée au fluor la plus à l'extérieur du revêtement d'oxyde d'étain dopé au fluor ayant une concentration d'électrons de 4,0 x 1020 à 6,0 x 1021 et une épaisseur de 100 à 170 nm, tandis que la couche d'oxyde d'étain dopée au fluor directement sous la couche d'oxyde d'étain dopée au fluor la plus à l'extérieur a une concentration d'électrons de 2,0 x 1018 à 5,5 x 1019 et une épaisseur de 40 à 100 nm. L'article en verre revêtu présente une résistance de feuille de 15 Ω/carré à 40 Ω/carré, transmet une quantité supérieure ou égale à 82 % du rayonnement ayant des longueurs d'onde de 400 à 780 nm, et transmet plus de 78 % du rayonnement ayant des longueurs d'onde de 900 à 1300 nm.
