Abstract
Sont proposés un procédé de traitement d'informations, un dispositif de traitement d'informations et un programme informatique. Cet ordinateur exécute un traitement consistant à : recevoir une interrogation d'un utilisateur associée à un traitement de substrat ; générer une phrase de réponse à l'interrogation reçue de l'utilisateur à l'aide d'un modèle de langage faisant référence à des données de traitement et des données de document associées au traitement de substrat ; et délivrer en sortie la phrase de réponse générée.
