Abstract

La présente invention concerne une trousse d'hémostase interne résorbable et un agent hémostatique interne résorbable, la trousse comprenant : une première seringue contenant un mélange de poudres composé de gélatine, de thrombine et de chlorure de calcium ; une seconde seringue contenant une solution mixte composée d'un gel thermosensible, d'eau épurée, de polyvinylpyrrolidone, de polyéthylène glycol, de chlorure de sodium et d'un extrait de protéine obtenu par l'intermédiaire d'un processus de décellularisation en plusieurs étapes ; et un raccord pour relier la première et la seconde seringue, de sorte que le mélange de poudres et la solution mixte puissent être combinés, l'agent hémostatique interne résorbable selon la présente invention favorisant et activant l'hémostase physiologique primaire grâce à la thrombine, et fournissant un effet hémostatique physique secondaire en se gélifiant dans une plage de températures proche de la température corporelle, tout en offrant également des effets supplémentaires de cicatrisation des plaies, de façon à obtenir une hémostase interne plus rapide et plus efficace.
