Abstract

La présente invention concerne une trousse de diagnostic rapide d'infarctus du myocarde qui peut être utilisée pour un diagnostic rapide pendant ou avant un infarctus du myocarde sans altérer la précision de diagnostic, cette trousse se caractérisant en ce qu'elle comprend : un matériau de support (1) en plastique ou en polychlorure de vinyle présentant des propriétés hydrofuges, un tampon d'échantillon (2) placé sur le matériau de support (1) et constitué de cellulose ou de fibres de verre pour supporter l'échantillon, 8 bandelettes membranaires (3) placées sur le matériau de support (1) et constituées de cellulose et utilisées comme matériau de support, 8 tampons de réaction (4) en fibre de verre, cellulose ou polyester imbibés d'albumine, positionnés 1 sur chaque bandelette membranaire (3), 8 tampons de test (5) positionnés sur chaque bandelette membranaire (3) à différentes distances du tampon d'échantillon (2), 8 tampons d'absorption (6) servant de réservoirs en absorbant le liquide s'écoulant le long de la bandelette membranaire (3), un couvercle hydrofuge (7) en plastique ou polychlorure de vinyle, 8 orifices d'observation (8) sur le couvercle (7), positionnés chacun sur les tampons de test (5) et utilisés pour voir où se situe le rapport acide gras/albumine, 4 formes de navigation (9) utilisées pour localiser des interférences et un orifice (10) pour détacher, ajouter ou retirer des bandelettes et des tampons de test.
