Abstract
L'invention concerne un complexe de capture à base d'aptamères. Le complexe de capture à base d'aptamères peut comprendre une surface solide et une pluralité d'aptamères couplés à une première partie de la surface solide par l'intermédiaire d'une première pluralité de lieurs. La pluralité d'aptamères se lie à des cibles apparentées.
