Abstract

Les inventions concernent des systèmes et des procédés améliorés pour la concentration en ligne et de réduction de groupes de processus intermédiaires afin d'atténuer les contraintes d'intégration en installation associées aux procédés de purification de protéines à titre élevé. Les inventions concernent également des procédés de concentration et de réduction des volumes des groupes VI par intégration de colonnes de filtration tangentielle à passage unique (SPTFF) avec la filtration de groupe d'inactivation virale (VIPF) dans un processus de purification de protéines. Les inventions concernent en outre des protéines thérapeutiques purifiées par les procédés.
