Abstract
La présente invention concerne des anticorps dirigés contre des antigènes tumoraux de ganglioside qui peuvent être obtenus dans Phaeodactylum tricornutum, lesdits anticorps présentant une très grande affinité FcRn et une activité de cytotoxicité directe accrue ; leurs utilisations en tant que médicament et plus particulièrement, pour le traitement du cancer.
