Abstract

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle matrice de séparation par affinité qui comprend de nouveaux ligands de liaison pour l'ARN double brin (ARNdb) et l'utilisation de ladite matrice de séparation par affinité pour purifier des préparations d'acide ribonucléique. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de purification de préparations d'acide ribonucléique et un kit destiné à être utilisé dans un procédé de purification de préparations d'acide ribonucléique, mettant en oeuvre la nouvelle matrice de séparation par affinité. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production d'une préparation d'ARN simple brin (ARNsb).
