Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage pour un implant prothétique, le dispositif d'ancrage comprenant un enroulement et un élément de scellement couplé à l'enroulement. L'enroulement comprend une pluralité de spires définissant une partie ventriculaire de l'enroulement, une partie atriale de l'enroulement et une région de transition s'étendant de la partie ventriculaire de l'enroulement à la partie atriale de l'enroulement. L'élément de scellement comprend une pluralité de filaments et est disposé au moins le long de la région de transition de l'enroulement, la pluralité de filaments s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur depuis la bobine. L'élément de scellement peut en outre comprendre un manchon ou un élément déployable auquel la pluralité de filaments est couplée.
