Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de nanoparticules chargées de médicament appropriée pour l'administration de médicament in vivo, la composition de nanoparticules chargées de médicament étant formée sous la forme d'une liaison non covalente et comprenant un principe actif, de la cyclodextrine et de l'albumine. Les nanoparticules chargées de médicament ou la composition associée dans la présente invention sont stables dans un état de solution, ce qui permet d'éviter des opérations fastidieuses de reconstitution et de redissolution. Par comparaison avec une poudre lyophilisée connue de nanoparticules contenant de l'albumine, les nanoparticules de la présente invention ont une taille de particule inférieure à 150 nm, peuvent rester stables pendant 7 jours ou plus sans changement, et il est prédit qu'elles peuvent être stables pendant une longue période.
